Found this hidden gem in a tiny alley and I was wowed by the large array of teas, coffee beans and hot chocolate for sale on the shelves! I was given the opportunity to smell the teas and coffee beans before making my purchase. Would definitely recommend this little shop for souvenir shopping rather than paying for overpriced generic teabags from touristy gift shops!

My wife and daughter bought some tea here while we were on vacation. They loved the charm of the place and the customer service was excellent. They also really have enjoyed their teas.

Lovely Shop with a vast array of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You can also get your chosen coffee ground for home. It's definitely worth a visit to pick up something a little more special.

The owner of this lovely store is clearly a true connoisseur of teas. She was able to provide us with clear and to the point advice. Be a little careful because it is easy to spend a little bit too much on teas in this wonderful store!

A fabulous shop. Lenka and the team are a joy to deal with and have so much knowledge. It's a must-visit shop in Bath with a wonderful selection of teas and coffees. If you're lucky enough to go in when they're roasting coffee, it's a real treat!

Now the Tea House Emporium has moved to a larger premises you can literally walk through tea, it's stacked on the walls in shelves and bunched around the counters! For a tea-lover like me this is truly divine. Not only were the staff a joy to meet and speak with, their knowledge seemed to know no bounds. You do walk away from a fabulous experience, taking with you a far vaster knowledge of tea, coffee and hot chocolate than you ever imagined! It is a pleasure to have such a wonderful store experience which was entirely up to the kindness and helpful manner of the Tea House Emporium staff, who are a credit to their store, and tea itself! I'll be back for more tea and to have a much needed laugh with the ladies.

I'm a huge tea lover, and I always buy my tea from this teahouse. I don't live in Bath and I usually get my tea ordered online and delivered, so I was so excited to finally get to visit this teahouse in person in Bath! I love the great selection of tea available. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable too.

Love coming here! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. A great selection of loose leaf teas. My favourites are the Little Buddha and Golden Yunnan.

Honestly I’d be devastated if this place closed. Rare teas like Honey Bush tea can only be found in places like this, and I know of no other shop like it. The quality is higher than those sold by Waitrose, M&S etc. too. To top it off their hand knitted tea cosies are one of the cutest practical Christmas presents one could possibly find. Meet Stewie our tea sheep...

This is the tea shop for people who really understand and love tea. I make sure I pop in to the shop whenever I visit Bath as they have the best tea that I have ever tried. It's great to see they have new larger premises now, but also very glad they sell online so I can have the tea delivered! My favourite is the Assam Mangalam BPS CL tea which is a lovely strong, malty Assam tea. They also sell the best hot chocolate I have found anywhere (Original Double Choc with choc shards in the powder) and my partner's favourite coffee beans also come from here (Guatemalan Hoja Blanca). It's expensive but worth it as it really is very high quality delicious tea and coffee. They also sell some lovely tea cups and accessories - their mug infuser is brilliant and probably the reason I started drinking more loose tea! Highly highly recommended!

I loved this shop, its gorgeous inside with lots of fantastic blends of teas (can't comment on the coffee or hot chocolate but there were plenty) and I love that you can buy invidual ingredients and can make your own tea blends at home. The staff were really nice too, love the orange chai and also the banana split which was on offer- I've been searching for an alternative for the Bird and Blend banana tea as the prices there are so high. 😀

Amazing range of teas available. It’s like being a kid in a candy store. The staff were friendly and demonstrated their knowledge of the origin of teas as well as providing useful insight into the subtle flavours in certain teas. I enjoyed the tea bought in store so much I had to buy another order online to top up. I even received a free sample of Japanese Sencha satsuma green tea which was a nice treat.

Best shop in Bath. The staff are lovely, the tea selection is huge and the tea comes in biodegradable bags. They also take covid measures seriously which makes me feel safe when I go there. It's sad when anti-maskers leave complains about this shop because they don't wanna follow the government guidelines.

This is a truly amazing tea shop with delightfully helpful and knowledgeable staff. There is a wonderful large range of teas and whilst tiny in size and always busy (a testament to such a great store) it has a kind of Diagon Alley feel to it. This is how retail in the 21st century should be.
