I ordered click and collect since Bath was in Tier 3 and it could not have been simpler. The online ordering system was straightforward and friendly. Upstairs joint entrance is the Odeon doors. Lots of friendly staff on hand serving you which makes a change in Nandos. Service has improved since Covid which is interesting. 1st in the door yet table was dirty which is concerning in this current time? had to ask 3 times for plates for our food, apart from the above the food was good and just put it down to a bad site on the day

Really nice food but one of my mates' order didn't go 'through to the grill' so waited like an hour for the food. However I believe it was a software problem which isn't there fault and they were very apologetic and gave him a full refund.

Great location and the chicken is yummy. Great for family and vegs and I like their sauces. You can choose your sauces from many choices. And all the staff's are friendly and helpful.
