Stunning Hotel, gracious and welcoming staff, nothing too much trouble. Check in was easy and lovely, our room was fabulous and the decor throughout is very tastefully done with hidden gems and something to look at with interest. The jacuzzi and steam rooms - wow. An hour to ourselves to relish the time, relaxation and champagne served to us while having the whole place for just us was truly amazing. We shall definitely return.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were all super lovely. Lovely room and bathroom. We loved the bar and the choice of cocktails but the best thing for us was how welcome our little pooch was made. A box of goodies waiting for him in the room and staff who gave him lots of attention! Thank you No.15

This is just to say how enjoyable an evening I organised for friends and colleagues was at No. 15 Great Pulteney on Friday 15th September. It was a private dining event in The Dispensary and from my initial enquiry to the hosting of the evening itself I could not have asked for anything more. The level of service provided by all the staff and the attention to detail was excellent. The Feast menu was delicious and plentiful, everyone loved the atmosphere it created and were highly complimentary of the venue, food, wine and staff. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful evening.

This place is amazing! I read about it in a top-ten article in a British publication. A quick 13 minute walk from the bus or rail station is well worth it if that's how you plan to get to Bath. It's located in a lovely town home, with renovated rooms displaying fantastic chandeliers and collections of art pieces. It truly feels like what a boutique hotel should be. A restaurant and bar with the same philosophy regarding decor completes the hotel. And a detail that blows me away is The Larder. Available from 2pm to 11pm, go upstairs to grab some snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, whatever you need for your evening when you're ready to settle in for the night. The staff is absolutely fantastic. So very welcoming and helpful from when you roll your suitcase up to the door. I found it to be reasonably priced for the high tourist season when I was trying to book accommodation. And getting to the historic centre is straightforward and quick via foot. The journey passes many neat shops and restaurants, lots of visual and gastronomic appeal! Would love to stay here again! If all of the hotels in this group are like this, I can see why they're in the top ten for Bath!

Loved every moment! The staff was excellent and so attentive! The room was FAB and the bed was glorious!! Gorgeous linen and pillows. Incredible touches that go such a long way: it was my husband's birthday and the staff brought up prosecco to welcome us and say happy birthday... love that! Brilliant dirty martini in the bar... Delicious breakfast... all round fabulous! We will most definitely be back! Thank you!

From the moment you walk into No 15 , nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Great welcome, not just for us but also for our chocolate lab - Macy. The hotel is adorned with curiosities. Everywhere you look there are amazing items. The rooms each come with a Nespresso machine concealed in a dolls house. The beds are fabulous . Lovely bathroom. If that was not enough there is a larder which is full of goodies for the guests to indulge in. Sweets, chocolate, drinks, ice cream and more. They provided a dog bed, bowl and a gift box for Macy our pup . The breakfast is also something not to be missed. Well worth a visit .

The girls in the spa are so friendly and attentive, which makes you feel super relaxed in this very unique spa! Loved the hot tub and sauna area! Although not having treatments we were given a guided tour of all the treatment rooms-all so quirky and smelling beautiful. Absolutely loved the changing pods and the products smell amazing and left my hair really super soft and shiny

We recently stayed here for 2 nights in one of the junior suites. It was amazing from check in to check out. We loved it. The hotel is full of gorgeous ornaments. We thought it very tastefully decorated. In addition the larder room was a great idea, a small room with nibbles and drinks open during the day/ early evening to snack from. Cafe 15 downstairs was excellent for breakfast and the bar serves amazing cocktails with all the cocktails in a deck of cards. The hotel is class.... without doubt we will return.

Divine food served with great flair by delightful staff. Had the added bonus of a celebrity diner at another table which made us feel rather chic! We really enjoyed the quirky decor. Thank you everybody at No.15 you are all doing a marvellous job. Next time we will stay there as well.

We stayed at No.15 for our the first half of our Honeymoon - the room was perfect. So nicely done, and a great size for spending a day relaxing. We both also had massages down at the spa which were phenomenally good. Breakfasts were great! The espresso martinis in the bar were some of the best we've ever had too! Also loved the fact that we were within walking distance of restaurants and shops in town. Can't wait to come back!

We arrived early and the hotel checked us in to our Coach House room. The room was excellent - bathroom was huge and the room itself was spacious and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable and the room had all the amenities we needed - hair dryer, coffee/tea maker, wifi and a tv. We ate breakfast in the hotel twice and it was delicious. The hotel is in a great location - easily walkable to the heart of Bath. I loved that the hotel was decorated differently than a standard hotel with an artsy vibe. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We did the Copper Room spa treatment with Lana and Rose and had the most amazing and relaxing spa experience. The copper room is worth every penny and is such a unique and incredible experience in Bath. My husband and I walked away feeling so relaxed and refreshed and we can’t stop talking about it! Lana and Rose were so kind and gave us an amazing massage and facial. We will be coming back here to do this again ❤️

Lovely large room with a free pantry and records for the record player. Bed was so comfy. The breakfast pancakes were so yummy. For an Henrietta room, the view wasn’t as nice as first advertised and the whole place is quite expensive, but overall a nice stay

Stunning location, and beyond beautiful rooms - Breath taking in fact! The staff were friendly, helpful with great customer service/care. They showed us straight to our room, explained everything to us, (including use of the 'pantry' and music records) then left us in our glorious room! The Georgian features have been so well retained and modernised with great care and attention to detail. It was an absolute joy to stay in this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, which makes your stay extremely comfortable, I was worried with it being dog friendly that we would pick up on that... But we didn't at all. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The bath was a particular favourite of ours, it was so large and the bathroom products you have to use are a great treat! We didn't get to the pantry until the evening - so by this point it had mostly all been taken, so we felt we had missed out on this unfortunately. But what a great idea - next time we shall have to get there straight away! We chose to eat out in the town so can't comment on the food, however we did have breakfast, it wasn't that great to be honest, but we did complain about this and as I say, they solved our issues with their fantastic customer service straight away. The location couldn't have been more perfect, so close to the city and parking wasn't an issue as we parked at a near by car park that was long stay. The hotel directed us with this. Can't thank them enough, wonderful stay and we shall definitely return!

I wish I could give more stars. My husband and I are traveling Europe for our anniversary and due to some travel changes we booked this hotel somewhat last minute. It has by far been our best hotel stay ever. We stayed in the Coach House room and it was truly amazing. The room was perfect and since we stayed during the Easter holiday they treated us with a chocolate Easter egg on arrival! The staff were amazing and truly made us feel special. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant both nights and they were both amazing. We were able to pretty much try the whole menu! We also got a special Easter desert on Saturday. We were also able to book a last minute massage as well and we both felt like it was the best massage we’ve ever had! The location is perfect and going to the park behind the hotel was my favorite. It was nice and quiet and just far enough away from all the people. Special thanks to all the staff at no.15 for making our trip so memorable in Bath. 💙

Location is perfect if visiting Bath to sightsee. The rooms are quaint and well appointed and the food on offer is fantastic with the “Pantry” and the “Doll House” being cook extras. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable and if that wasn’t enough to convince you to book here….. the staff was great too. 10/10 whole to back for longer next time.

My husband and I along with our son stayed here for our mini-moon. We were blown away by the amazing service from the staff, all were very helpful and friendly. The hotel decor is incredible and very unique. We had previously booked I'm October but my husband became unwell. The staff were great in helping us rebook. The food is incredible, we didn't have dinner in the restaurant as we didn't want to leave our son on his own. But we had the most incredible room service and yummy breakfast. The location is great as you're close to all the tourist attractions. I would highly recommend booking car parking with the hotel in advance, we didn't do this the first stay but much easier the second time. Thank you for making our mini-moon and family trip so memorable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the staff and we felt that the hotel (and the spa in particular) had such a lovely relaxing feel to it. We stayed in one of the Great Pulteney rooms which was very grand and luxurious, the bedding was also lovely and we slept amazingly. The extra touches such as the record player, Dyson appliances and access to a pantry for free snacks and drinks was much appreciated. Our spa treatment (copper bath package) was also excellent and a truly unique experience. ISSUES: Our only gripe was parking related, as train strikes were announced for the day of our stay and sadly the hotel car park was already fully booked. After spending hours (literally) driving around gridlocked car parks throughout Bath trying to find a space, thankfully a parking space at the hotel became available hours later. I’m not sure what we would have done if it had not become free, as it was impossible to park in the city and we have never experienced anything like this. Although the hotel parking may seem expansive, I’d definitely recommend either booking ahead to secure a parking space at the hotel, or just getting a train in to the city. It’s really worth it to save the parking related stress!

I’d like to thank all the staff at No15 Bath for being so attentive and friendly during my recent stay with my daughter. The hotel is exquisitely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Alex made our evening amazing with his extensive wine knowledge and great cocktails and Richard and was extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The most enjoyable part of our stay was the luxurious and relaxing treatments that we received from Sarah and Eleonora , truly wonderful. We will definitely be returning x

Fantastic stay here just before Christmas! All the staff were lovely, polite and helpful. Rooms were beautiful, well kitted out and very clean. We did the copper bath experience in the spa - WOW - the pictures and website does not do it justice, it was absolutely fantastic. My dog was made a fuss of which made the trip that extra special. The only downfall was the parking, very limited spaces. We’ve already booked our 2nd trip back - can’t wait!

Me and my wife took our two kids for a weekend trip to Bath and stayed at No. 15. It was a great welcoming hotel, well positioned and the breakfast and Sunday roast were solid too. The staff went over and above to make our stay really enjoyable. We recommend it and hope to return in the future.
