Such a nice cool cafe. Sunday Breakfast is epic. (it used to be too small, it's much more generous now!) I love coming here!

After 3 days in England finally got a decent coffee. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

The food was excellent, I had the MacMuffin which consisted of haslet, cheese and an egg on a bread bun. It tasted great, and my companions were also satisfied. The Coffee wasn't amazing, but hit the spot. My only criticism is the menu was not very diverse. You were limited to something involving bread.

Had a coffee here. The place is very relaxed and chill. For the number of customers they had coming in, the service kept up. It is a pet friendly place.

I really liked this place. The coffee was good, flat white as usual but impressed me most was the sourdough toast, best I've had for quite a while, loose butter not fiddly little packs and more than enough for the 4 half slices. Check out the full menu which are brunchy. Polite service with a smile.

Whilst on our honeymoon, my partner and I saw this place and thought we would give it a try and very glad we did. Staff were friendly and polite. I ordered the Macmuffin and it blew me away. The haslet was so succulent and seasoned to perfection, the egg was the best cooked egg I think I have ever had! This combined with the cheddar cheese and grilled brioche bun made me never want to have certain American chain restaurant's version ever again! My partner had the Scotch pancakes with berries, syrup and natural yoghurt. The pancakes were light and fluffy and combined with the other elements worked so well together. And the coffee, it was amazing. I would say their espresso was better than any I have ever had in Italy so that tells you something. If you are ever in Bath, regardless of where, make it you mission to visit this place. You will not be disappointed.

Great coffee, top chef in the kitchen, try the breakfasts... or brunches, veggie, vegan or black pudding, all options are quality 👍

Very cool, unpretentious place with delectable foods! It is a bit far off from the centre and the area itself is nothing special but the food more than makes up for it. The menu serves up a unique range of items, our personal favourites were the macmuffin and the green that come with a few dishes (yes really!).

Small, local coffee shop. Offers good coffee with a small but enjoyable menu. Worth seeking out if you are in that part of Bath.

The person taking my order was friendly, helpful and the toasties was divine! The hot chocolate was delicious but more warm than hot and today was foggy cold weather that needed a HOT chocolate! Not to worry, I'm definitely going back there again, simple, delicious foods are on the menu and, as a vegetarian, I'll go back to try the other vegetarian items on that menu! Thanks for a great first experience 8E Chelsea Road Cafe!!

Great coffee, fresh pastries and friendly staff. If you like a peaceful breakfast then best avoided if the very loud owner is in…. Not everyone wants to hear your opinions at 0830 in the morning 😉.

Popped in for a work lunch, it was excellent. The team here were very warm and friendly, and made super suggestions on the menu. Everything on the menu looked amazing so it was hard to pick! Meal size was great and all ingredients really fresh and tasty. Social distancing adhered to indoors but there is also outside seating. Excellent coffee! They do also serve beers (and to go!) - a nice new spot for me to enjoy 😊

My partner and I moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and have fallen in love with 8e. Their coffee is perfect and their food looks delicious, but, we've mostly gone on Friday evenings when they're open until 9. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, and it's been such a great place to have a beer and get to know people from the area.
