Great restaurant! Looks good, staff very friendly and attentive. Food was lovely. Reasonable pricing, large menu and comfortable environment.
We had our sons Bday Party arranged here and they all had a great time the service from Emily was excellent and she made sure we had a good time, the food was delicious the kids enjoyed and so did we. The starters potions are small but tasty. The Mains are great one must try the Swinging Kebab and the Katsu chicken.

We were just strollin around bath figuring out where to eat until we saw this place. What I love about this place is the ambiance and the staff, making sure that you’re not ordering the food that contains your allergens. Great food esp the english breakfast. Will surely come back if we plan to visit bath again soon because it’s also near the railway station! ✨
I had my very first time of English breakfast this morning. The server, Joey, resemblance of Billy Zane, was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was okay. Location was perfect and closer to the bus station or explore the area before heading back to London.

Service was fab, friendly and polite. Food was delicious, cooked quickly and served hot. Great decor - the place had an industrial feel with exposed pipes. Some nice music at a good volume. Toilets were good too. Definitely recommend!
It wasn't busy the evening we went, so we were attended to quickly, but not rushed, by any means. The food choices are very comprehensive, with veggie and vegan options and unlike many restaurants a vegan dessert as well. Service was good, food was lovely and the place has a nice, relaxing atmosphere
Walking into Giraffe, i must say for starters, the service was excellent. My partner and i were welcomed so politely and kindly by a waitress called Lily. She sat us down and took our order with nothing but amazing customer service. She gave us our drinks as soon as we asked as well as delivering our food as soon as it was ready which was presented perfectly by the work of the kitchen. Exquisite atmosphere as we never felt so welcomed at a restaurant before. 5 star and definitely will pay another visit.
Some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while. Our waiter Cameron was incredible and very attentive made our experience that much better. The service overall was brilliant all of the staff created a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back !!!
Visited here with my mum a few months ago, quite late in the day but we didn't feel rushed at all. We both had the steak which was actually cooked rare and delicious. The waiter was lovely and assured us we had time for dessert because a large table had come in, which was very thoughtful. Unfortunately there was something wrong with the fryer so didn't get to try the churros, but it was a really nice end to the day.
Lovely enough food. Good service and one of the only restaurants available when we were choosing from a few in the area. Fast and efficient.
Fairly limited menu and inflation really hitting. Drinks are sooo expensive. £3.60 for a can of Pepsi is a joke. See picture of the glass. Not the only place to charge extreme amounts for soft drinks. But very disappointing.
I had a really wonderful afternoon at Giraffe Bath today! The food was divine and the service was impeccable. All the staff were friendly, the place was spotless and my meal came out promptly and was the best Korean BBQ chicken I have ever had. The overall vibes were immaculate! I will definitely be returning many, many more times, haha!

Was in Bath for a show at the Forum, chose to eat here as close by, the service was perfect, I don't know her name but our server was lovely and very knowledgeable when asked about the dishes, food was absolutely delicious, we like to try something different and we weren't disappointed, will definitely return

We came into the restaurant for breakfast last week and were greeted by Ben and served by Hope. Hope was very attentive and ensured that we had an excellent experience, both with our food and the service.
Aside from Hope, the rest of the staff on shift were exceptional and vibrant. The vibe of the restaurant was glorious and I will definitely be returning.
Very practical place just across from the train station. They serve a lot of different things, as well as having a very decent vegan menu. Cosy music, friendly staff, confortable seats.
Just came here for pancake day the other week, amazing.
They just missing a proper one with egg as well on offer, but just add some egg from the sides as we did and you have a full blown pancake day.
The rest of the .menu is a good variety, great for veggies and vegans as there are offers too and they are not boring.
