Aesthetically very pleasing, lovely ambience, good service, nice concept - the food was average. Some good, some not so good. For veg we had: Veg spring rolls - you get 4 semi-small rolls which were nice. Mushroom and tofu satay skewers - unfortunately was a bad ordered as they were deep fried and very average, it had way too much batter. The veg panang curry - was really nice and sweet - would recommend. For meat: Chicken satay - this was cooked well, we both liked the peanut sauce. Chicken wings - these were not good - lacked flavour and felt too oily. I also felt they were lazy giving the whole wing and not cutting in half the drumstick from the flat wing. The garnish was also just plopped on top of one wing and not spread throughout. Would not reorder those. Thai crackers - cant really go wrong. Waitresses were very friendly but was hard to get their attention at times. Overall a nice place with an authentic feel.

We had such a lovely time here. The unique and elegant decor was both inside and outside. The food was exceptional and beautifully presented. It was the perfect meal for a lunch break in Bath

I visited here in 2011, I was only 11 but have always loved food and i remember it being an amazing experience. I went again yesterday and it was just as good. Obviously quite expensive but absolutely worth it occasionally. I had the best time and the best meal. Staff are so kind.

We shared a lovely anniversary dinner here last night Good food and nice service, although it did get very busy, and we even struggled to get the bill at the end. Would still defo go back again,

Managed to get a table on a busy Christmas Saturday night without a booking. Very friendly staff, great decor and atmosphere. Waiters were very attentive in taking our order and getting the food out very quickly. Really tasty dishes, nice warm tea. Reasonably priced for the quality of food. Would definitely be back again to try some more of the chefs specialities.

We were in bath for our anniversary and had a meal here on Friday night. A couple of friends had recommended this restaurant. Firstly, we sat on the balcony, which was lovely. The food was delicious! We had a number of starters: spring rolls, ribs, satay chicken and they were superb. This is a great restaurant wish a really nice atmosphere and delicious food.

It's a wonderful place for dining. I was highly surprised about the service and quality of food. Very friendly staff, waiting time for food less than 5 minute. I highly recommend it.

The food was all excellent but i have taken a star off for the portion size as i think for the price it could be slightly bigger. The atmosphere is very good usually i am sure but we had a fire alarm go off multiple times which was annoying. Very authentic though and the staff were lovely, would visit again for sure but just order one or two more extras.

Really lovely dining experience. Excellent service, great ambience and the food is delicious. We ordered a range of mains, I always have a thai red curry and this one was so tasty. Good prices too and a very central location near the Z hotel. Very popular restaurant, so I recommend booking. Pad Thai was also a great choice. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Visited Bath during Feb half term (during storm Eunice!), did some hiking and lots of eating. We tried this Thai restaurant and it was yummy, the atmosphere was lovely and the decorations are so opulent. Food and desserts were so good. We definitely recommend it for a nice evening out with friends, family or date night. They got busy quickly so might be a good idea to book ahead of time.

Was looking to have some warm hearty food and decided to go to this restaurant. It’s a very beautiful restaurant with yummy food. You can choose between 1 course with 1 main course or 2 course with 1 starter and 1 main course at very nominal price. All main dishes comes with jasmine rice and beautiful salad. The staff was very courteous and always smiling. Really enjoyed my food there.

Thai Balcony transports you to Thailand in elegant and romantic style. The delicate delicious flavors unique only to Thai cuisine are outstanding. The quaint community of Bath is so fortunate to have this Thai family sharing their skills of Thai food. I ate here twice; two nights in a row. If you enjoy Thai food or have wanted to experience it, this is the place!! The attentive servers in their beautiful attire smoothly glide thru the romantic ambience setting the mood for a delightful memorable meal. Prepare yourself for delicious food in a magical romantic setting. Great for couples, groups or families, even solo travelers too. Explore, enjoy Go!

Yes! Yes! Yes! Food is just amazing. Duck one of the best I've ever tasted. So tender and juicy. Green curry an explosion of flavors. A bit disappointed because I was dying to finally try Morning Glory but they didn't have. I'm agree that you might feel like waitress don't care but is not the first Vietnamese or Chinese restaurant that I went and to be honest everywhere I felt same vibe in the beginning so I think that is just who they are. But when we were leaving restaurant they said goodbye to us with all respect. So for me all good. One tip to get there the entry is on the opposite side of the Z Hotel Bath Dig in and enjoy! :)

I always love it here. The decor is so unique and dazzling the staff are dressed in traditional garb and I love the colours. Everyone is so polite and kind and calm. I only wince at the prices. I think some things are a bit too expensive for the food. The portions aren't very big. For the three things and rice I payed 68 (ish) and it's a lot I think. But I never mind. If I go out I go out to enjoy myself. Its a treat to be here and a little gem of Bath tucked above everything

We came here for tea last night and had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much for them, they made the time to chat to us and recommend dishes. It was very busy so obviously a well loved place for people to go. The food was delicious, so much to choose from and as someone who has only had Thai food once before, I can’t wait to have it again.
