This place has has a good selection of various dishes from France which you could watch being prepared (depending on where you're seated) - I loved that aspect of this restaurant. The food here is amazing too, with a good selection of wines and french bread while you wait for your food. The waiters were also quite understanding to any requests which is very rare to see these days. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Best chicken I ever ate. Friendly and resourceful staff. The calamari is very good also. A must if you are in Bath.

At last, a proper cappuccino (not a flat white with unnecessary art). This French bistro could teach the assorted Italian and British hipster coffee houses around Bath a thing or two about getting the milk foam just right. The full English breakfast looked amazing, and was by all accounts a good slap-up brekkie. Black pudding was overdone, but everything else was spot-on. I had pancakes with maple syrup. They were dry and also overdone, and I couldn't taste the maple syrup, which was strange, but it wasn't something to be upset about. It didn't cost an arm and a leg either.

I will start with my review...5 stars for a bistro outside it’s original place (France) and for a chain restaurant is somehow difficult for me but I had a very pleasant and remarkable experience. The location in bath is great (car park nearby), the restaurant has a cosy and warmfull atmosphere which extend to the friendliness and kindness of the employer (Daniel...well done!). Service was fast and effective with kindness from all staff. The menu build up for 1,2 or 3 courses with attractive prices and outstanding quality and presentation. My experience was at lunch time, week day and it was completely full (which adds up for the review as it can get messy once you have a busy restaurant)

Delicious food and very friendly waiting staff. Had the duck and pork starter and then a steak and my partner had the lamb. Would recommend and would go back

Top class. That's all I can say. Within two hours of calling them on a Saturday lunch time they got a table for 20 sorted. Incredible. I didn't really believe how good the customer service was i would never would have expected it. They were all very friendly and were happy to help. The food was pretty good to with very reasonable prices. The reason it only got 4 out of the 5 stars was the stake I had was not how I ordered it and my friends food was a bit cold. I'm sure this doesn't happen often and I look forward to my next time eating there to assure this was just a slip up but would recommend here definitely.

Had a lovely meal with my partner here. Fabian our waiter was excellent - polite, chatty, friendly, You name it. The food was surprising as well, this was our first time and we didn't know what to expect, however starters were tasty, the steaks were fantastically cooked with plenty of taste and lastly that chocolate mousse is to die for. Will definitely be coming back again!

We went there for first time yesterday, having frequented the more famous(?) French restaurant chain in the centre of Bath. We were really impressed with all aspects-food was first rate-imaginative, delicious and affordable (3 courses for £12.95!) Staff were attentive and polite. Decor very tasteful and it is a large and open space with room to breathe. Will definitely return. PS Steak with 'deal' menu was superb. Better than their rival-which is also v good though.

Been a few times. The food overall is very tasty. Your usual french cuisine picks, yet better than other chains. Not that its the most elegant choice I recommend the burger, which I think is one of the best in town. The wine selection is also very good. They do some great deals for lunch and evenings that are both very reasonable. The staff have been equally good.

I would just like to say that four of us had lunch today and having been to the Bath Bistro for a number of years we thought that the food was the best ever and the service most efficient and courteous. For some reason the standards seem to slip a month or two ago and we vowed to go elsewhere. However so glad that we gave it another go as today was excellent and well done to the staff and management for sorting this out .

The Food was lovely we are members of the bistrot Pierre loyalty club so we like the deals. I can honestly say it's all down to the chef and at the time we visited here was 3/2/20 and it was a Spanish lady and the food was brilliant. The waiting staff were also kind and helpful.

Excellent little bistro featuring French-inspired cuisine. The interior is high-ceilinged and airy, busy and with a buzz of conversation. Service is relaxed, though not quite to the extent of being inattentive. The lunchtime prix fixe menu is superb, and excellent value at £12.95 for two courses, or £14.95 for three.

Went for Christmas Day lunch and had an absolute blast. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food generous and delicious (no mean feat when you've got to serve a whole restaurant at the same time), but it was the staff who really made the afternoon sing - even with the place bursting at the seams, there were smiles all round. Deciding to have Christmas Day lunch out was a risk, but we so thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in the capable hands of Bistrot Pierre Bath, we just can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much for making our afternoon brilliant fun.
