A great Italian restaurant in the heart of Bath. There is plenty of outdoor seating, as well as indoor. Upon arrival, we were asked if we had any allergens that the team should be aware of, which gave us a really good impression as no other restaurant had done this. The food was lovely! We ordered the Meatballs starters, as well as the Calamari, which were both cooked perfectly and arrived in good order. Some of the best food we have had. We both ordered the pepperoni pizza, though I requested chicken instead of the mushrooms, which came as expected and without issue. The pizza was cooked well and was hot throughout. You are provided with a pizza roll cutter, so you can cut it to the size you prefer. The crust around is one of the better ones, crispy but also soft inside, and not burned or charred, like many of the other restaurants! The only downsides are that we were sat indoors as requested, but right by the bar. Would have been lovely to sit further in, where there was more of an ambience, and probably less clanking of glasses. The staff were friendly and took our orders, and delivered our food just fine, but I felt that there wasn't much in the way of coordination between the floor staff and the bar & kitchen. Food and drinks could sit for 5-10 minutes before someone realised that they were in need of being provided. There is an optional service tip (which does go to your waiter/waitress) for £6.99 but you can change this amount of opt out completely. All in all, I would most certainly go back for the excellent food, and just ask to sit away from the bar next time!

First time visit to any Zizzi for me, and I have to say, I was really impressed! The building was clean and in a lovely location in Bath, right next to the theatre. Was a bit of a faff with ordering over an app, but the waiting staff took over and did a great job (helpful, friendly, just the right level of checking if everything is ok) Food was really delicious- everything from the sharing platter, calzone and deserts. Children's menu is worth mentioning - 3 courses and a mini hot chocolate for about £8 was a great deal. Really an unexpected experience for a chain - was just spot on really! Tip: Consider parking in Royal Victoria Park after 6 as its free, but be careful - there's not much street lighting in places!

Zizzi never fails to impress. Food is always amazing, staff were very friendly and the buildings are always beautiful inside and outside. Zizzi is by far my favourite restaurant to go to for Lunch or Dinner. My local Zizzi is Bournemouth but I have been to Zizzis all over England (Stafford, Bath, London and more). All of them are amazing. If you want to go out for Pizza or Pasta. Zizzi is the best option in my opinion.

Glad we booked a table as it was quite busy in the evening. We had to wait 5mins for our table but we got led to a nice booth table. Staff were friendly and efficient. A new menu with plenty to choose from including veggie options. Love their cocktails. Used our Zillionaires perks to get a discount which was a bonus.

Had lovely lunch here whilst on a day trip to Bath. Staff very friendly & very efficient, we got a table for 2 people very quickly & drinks order was taken quickly along with food order. We had passion fruit Mocktails & was given some nibbles to be going on with before food arrived, which wasnt long at all, I had Mushroom Risotto, my friend had pizza, we shared garlic bread (which is the best I've tasted) & chips. All food was delicious, the portions were generous, in fact my friend couldn't eat all her pizza & was kindly given a box to take the rest home. We have been to Zizzi in Derby & Sheffield & always have a tasty meal. The restaurant was very clean & tidy as were the toilets. We would definitely have lunch here again & can highly recommend. Thank you.

The restaurant is fairly modern with a good variety of dishes to choose from! Their food is made with the best ingredients and are very filling even if you have a big appetite! The staff member Steph was very friendly and professional. I messed up my order and she happily helped me with the mistake without any hesitation. A great asset to the restaurant. Would definitely visit again. 5 stars all round

An Italian chain restaurant. I was concerned that the food may be mediocre but I was wrong. The food was very good and I think that the amount of people trying to get a table without booking was testament to it's popularity. It was very busy. The food was well presented and served hot, the staff were friendly and attentive. Zizzi is in a prime spot opposite the theatre where the area seems to have it's own vibe.

Clean, friendly atmosphere, if a little quiet (which isn't a bad thing for me). Food was not cheap, but it was tasty enough that it made up for it. I had the sticky pig pizza which was delicious, well cooked and presented quite nicely. Cocktails were nice but quite small for the price. Friendly staff and enjoyable dining experience. Would return. (Used the app and got a free garlic bread)

It was my first time going to zizzi and it definitely won’t be my last I can’t wait to go back.. the pizza was delicious! They do gluten free pizzas and pasta. The place is nice atmosphere. The service was really good I think we were served by a nice girl called Charlotte.
