After stroll around and check some restaurants we decided to eat there. All employees were cheerful. If you are a pizza lover you can find many kinds in there. The most important difference is that you can choose your pizza dough from vary options too. I have also tried tuna salad and it was very tasty and satisfying.
We came here because we knew pizza would be quick to get back to our tour bus. Little did we know we would stumble into the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. It was perfect in every respect. The dough was chewy and had such a wonderful flavor. I was so full at the end but the pizza was so good I would have eaten another pizza just because. The owner is from Italy and imports everything from Italy. It’s truly the highest quality ingredients and it definitely shows in the food.
Lovely pizza joint with lots of vegan options. Pizzas are fully customizable. You can choose different types of doughs but (1) normal sourdough is really good, (2) alternative dough flavors are too subtle considering the extra charge for order.
Absolutely amazing pizza I never eat anywhere else when I come into Bath. I'm from Cape Town and usually they have a pizza called the carribean where you can put pineapple and banana on. It was a first time for Chef Angelo but he made it happen for me everytime I come there. I also love that they do gluten free as I'm gluten intolerant. The crust is so crispy and the pizza is so tasty. There is always friendly smiles to greet me whenever I come there. Thank you so much always appreciate going to this restaurant.
We went there for a quick bite and loved the short time we spent. Got a seat next to the pizza station where we could watch the chef's display of tossing the dough 😅. Waiting staff was attentive even though they were busy. Loved their playlist too! A pizza and a Peroni and good vibes.
Only bad remark: the toilet could have been cleaner.
Gluten free delicious crust and dairy free cheese? This place is a dream come true. The other reviews are accurate. The gluten free pizza is amazing!!!! So many options to choose from their house made doughs! I can’t give more positive be reviews.
Stopped for a pizza as we saw they had GF options. Tried the vegetarian with a GF purple corn base, and the Mediterranean with a GF seaweed base. Absolutely delicious, tasted just like a regular base. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful, restaurant was fab, centre of Bath. Wasn't too busy at 12noon when we went but it was getting busier by the time we left. Highly recommend a visit.
Best pizzeria in town!! You can't go wrong, Dough is by far the best pizzeria in Bath! The food is amazing, the quality of the ingredients is always top and you can choose between different types of doughs. The staff at the Corridor is fantastic, super professional, kind and thoughtful and if you are lucky you can see some of the pizzettari flying doughs in the air! The atmosphere is ever so nice, lovely Italian music, never played too loud so you can actually have a conversation at the dinner table without having to shout to one another. Beautiful vibes, this is my favourite place in Bath. A must try is the tiramisù with Nutella! *.* I'm Italian, from Rome, and every time I go to Dough at the Corridor I always feel home 💕
The meaty feast pizza was descent but far from the best. I could taste the meat but I would prefer the pizza to be a bit more cheesy. Unfortunately they don’t have Quattro formaggi pizza. The staff was weird - one person brought the cutlery but could not answer the questions around pizza. When we asked for the card payment for our bill we had to wait for hours and the staff was just busy with moving tables around and so on. Then someone else finally helped us
When we arrived we thought to order 2 pizzas and have some left overs. HOWEVER, when they served us, we could no hold ourselves as it was DELICIOUS. We eaten all and oder one tiramisu 🤤🤤 the service was really friendly too. Highly recommended, is an experience by itself
Pizza Base was reasonable, but let down by a pomodoro sauce that was a little too sweet for my taste. Cheese was MIA. Wine was overpriced for what it was, but then that was often the case in Bath. Only place where I found decent wine was Corkage and that was at eye watering prices.
OK… You come to Bath, Uk in part to visit the ancient Roman ruins, around the Hot Springs. Right? So, why not complete the experience with extremely authentic Italian pizza made by first generation, Italians!?
Yes, they have adapted a few things… They slice the pizza… There’s more than one topping on each…but everything else about their pizza is spot on. We have been fortunate enough to travel to Italy multiple times, and this is the real deal.
Not only was the pizza. Outstanding, the super friendly service was quick…(Yes, real Italian pizzas only take about three minutes to cook) and extremely courteous. Great prices only made it all the more appealing. If this restaurant were in our city, we would be there weekly.
When you are in Bath, be sure to stop by and treat yourself. ❤️❤️
Now I totally understood why this place is always busy, absolutely delicious pizza, plus amazing service. 5 Stars
Absolutely delicious pizzas. I especially loved the Smokey pizza, which has a very unique smokey, crispy flavour (as the name suggests). The service is top notch and the staff are really helpful. I would definitely recommend Dough to anyone who loves pizzas. If I return to Bath, I am definitely going here again for the pizza.
Would prefer more toppings of ham and pineapple but overall good taste. We ordered tumeric base and comes crispy and delicious.
Update:
We went for second time in 2 months while visiting Bath Christmas Market and we really enjoyed it. Our friends said aswell that the pizza was literally melting.
The stuff was very kind because we didn't had reservation, but they still find a way for us to have delicious dinner.
This is definitely one of the best pizza in my life. My husband had "a monta" and i had "ham & mushrooms" , but instead of mushrooms (because i don't eat them) i had roasted potatoes. The waiter even suggested to put rosemary on top, because he thought it would go nicely with the pizza, he was absolutely right. And the garlic sauce they have it's really good (I'm one of those people who don't like garlic too much). Chilli sauce was really spicy so be careful with that one. Overall it was something i have never tried before. It was melting in the mouth. The waiters are kind and friendly, they even come every now and then to check if everything is alright. It's our second time visiting Bath, but if we go again we wouldn't choose any other place to have lunch.
I had a pizza today with some friends and I must say , for me the best Italian pizza I had in England well done guys 🇮🇹
If you’re in Bath you MUST try this restaurant. Food was amazing! Service also extremely friendly and great atmosphere. Will definitely be going again next time we’re in Bath!
Great place for pizza, so many different options in terms of dough, toppings and there's even other Italian mains like lasagna.
Not very busy on a Wednesday evening so getting a table was quick. Food and drinks also came out quickly and the lady serving us was lovely. Food was delicious, very happy with my choice of the Partigiana.
Was surprised it closed so early though, they were cleaning up and packing up by 8:30pm, despite online their opening times being until 10pm.
