This place is a hidden gem when you look from outside it looks average but as soon as you step in the back patio you are transformed to Spain. They have done a fab job in creating this & if you catch lovely weather it feels like your abroad.
The tapas is lovely, lots of choices on the menu & if not they have a specials board too. The staff are friendly & helpful. Alice served us who was very patient & the other staff were also friendly too. Would we go back ...of course we would ..!
Best 'tapas' type food ever had in UK. And what a fabulous team of staff led by the very warm and responsive owner. We can't wait to come back and order more of the prawns, calamari, wine and possibly even the sherry!

Great food, wine, service and atmosphere. I didn't catch the name of the lady owner but just want to say a big thank-you for going the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience we could after a not so great experience in a few restaurants before. After many trips to Spain i can honestly say the tapas is on par if not better! Next time we are in Bath we are definitely stopping by!
Delicious pintxos and so many interesting dishes on the menu, much more than just the traditional tapas you find in other bars. The sherry garden is also such a treat, as well as the sherry cocktails! The rebujitos went down very easily sat in the evening sun! Puts me very much in the mood for a visit to San Lucar in the summer!
Our second time at Pintxo and now my favourite place...lovely, authentic food. Warm, sincere service and the perfect place with friends and family👍👍👍

My Wife and I went to Pintxo before seeing Art (Bath Theatre Royal). Absolutely loved it. Great food and atmosphere. All staff very attentive. If you go order the Dates stuffed with goats cheese, wrapped in procicho.

I've been wanting to try this place for ages and it didn't disappoint.
The restaurant was recommended to me by a fellow foodie friend, so had to try! Food and service was soooo good! The weather was lovely so we sat in the little terrace garden which was so quaint. Lovely friendly staff, excellent food and relaxed, authentic atmosphere! �

Great tapas restaurant, the dishes are larger than I have had in tapas restaurants before, so careful when ordering, as there are no package up to take away option. Lovely atmosphere as well. Would high recommend
First time here after walking past this place so many times. Excellent… food was superb, generous portions and really great flavours. Service was spot on and pricing was in line with the quality. Great place and I’ve already told a few people to stop by. Will be back!

One of the highlights of my trip - 10/10. What a fantastic restaurant. We walked in and were offered seating inside or outside in the sherry garden. Being a sunny day we had to go for the garden option and it was sooo nice outside. They were playing really chilled spanish music which really set the tone for the meal. The food was amazing, and after a few dishes, we were so confident that anything we ordered would be great.
We ordered:
A jug of white wine sangria which was sooo tasty and refreshing.
Prawns - this is usual order for me at Spanish tapas but these were the best I’ve had. It was served butterflied still on the shell, super tender, and flavourful. 10/10
Peppers stuffed with goats cheese and aubergine - I initially wasn’t expecting too much but again super soft and flavourful. Really enjoyed having this 8/10
Patata bravas - another nice dish, potatoes good size and fried nicely. Generous portion. I personally thought the tomato sauce was a bit strong on the tomato side but still enjoyable. 8/10
Wild mushroom croquettes - really nice. Would benefit from a touch of truffle! 7/10
The choice of food, the weather, the restaurant vibe just came together perfectly to give the perfect setting. The staff were super friendly and always around if you wanted to order more. Theres not much more to say other than I would 100% recommend. They don’t take bookings, so if theres a queue, it will be worth the wait.
Foods came all together quickly and each dish and drink was delicious!!! Foods in the picture were for two, we finished fast as they were too good. Great service, staff was friendly. Churros con chocolate was tasty, better than I expected, good for share!
The service was excellent - attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The stars of the night were undoubtedly the patatas bravas, cerdo a fuego lento, and the tortilla de patatas. The patatas bravas were perfectly crispy and came with a deliciously spicy bravas sauce. The slow-cooked cerdo was melt-in-your-mouth tender, complemented by flavorful spices. And the tortilla de patatas was a classic done to perfection, creamy and satisfying.
The restaurant's garden sitting area had a lovely ambience. Despite the bustling atmosphere, it felt relaxed and inviting. We enjoyed the evening surrounded by lush greenery, adding to the overall experience.
To accompany our meal, we indulged in the refreshing tinto de verano, a delightful blend of red wine and carbonated lemonade. It was the ideal choice for a summer evening, balancing sweetness and tanginess.
Really enjoyed this! Often hard to get a table at dinner, but great if you get there early for lunch. Really competent, authentic and yummy tapas. Lovely drinks menu too. Very quick service and a vibrant atmosphere in the restaurant. Highly recommend!
Tasty Spanish tapas and lovely place! Beautifully presented food and we enjoyed it! One star reduced as I found it quite steep/pricey for the quantity you get, especially the artichoke dish (although nice), and mushroom croquettes (which weren't what we were expecting, and not too flavourful we felt I'm afraid). Beetroot salad was nice. Patatas bravas with their delicious sauces on top were *chefs kiss* - highly recommend!
Overall a lively and pleasant place, relaxed, and friendly service with plenty of smiles :) and yummy food :)
Wonderful early evening meal at Pintxo de Bath with quick, quality service. The outdoor terrace is nice. The staff were all very friendly. Highly recommend! I had the spider crab and saffron croquettes, dates and goats cheese wrapped in jamon, and pork and chorizo meatballs.

Drop by to Pintxo! I’d like to say that if you’re the kind of person whose impatient, waiting for sits. Then you will sit out on this one. Because it gets real packed throughout opening hours. Overall the atmosphere is boisterous, my first impression on Pintxo, that its incredibly organised.
Once your waiter takes you to your table, you’re served a jug of water which to me is a plus. Then proceed to ordering, tonight was a varied selection of dishes.
(As per the pictures) In a short while the food will arrive. It is Seriously FAST. It takes 2-5minutes.
So swing by Pintxo, to grab some seriously good tapas. Gracias muchachos 🙌
Been here twice now, had a great meal both times. The menu is authentic and the tapas very tasty and well presented. Having lived in Spain this is the real deal! Great atmosphere, very fast service and friendly staff. Well recommended.
Awesome Tapas restaurant right in the middle of the city.
Staff was super friendly during lunch even as it got busier while I was sitting there.
They have a great outside terrace to the back of the restaurant and daily specials on blackboards.
This was a real highlight of our trip food wise, tapas was top drawer! Great portion sizes and enough originality in the menu to I make it interesting. Pretty well priced too. I I’ll definitely be back in hen we are in the area. We lucked out with the weather this weekend so it was lovely in their garden for lunch. Like being in Spain

Excellent food, wine and service from the lovely team! Can't fault the food or the service. Would definitely recommend trying as wide a range of plates as you can, all are so tasty!
the music was a touch loud/fast-paced for the dining setting but was still able to comfortably hear each other without raising our voices.
Best scallops I've ever had. The cheese and honey is beautiful and the chorizo croquettes are to die for.

Great food, nice service, we ordered 6 plates and 2 desserts for 4 people + a jar of sangria and it was more than enough. Tasty sangria, dates with cheese and lentils were amazing, definitely recommend the place
Perfect little restaurant tucked away, but better than all the competition.
It had a unique feel and exceptional authentic ( not chain restaurant) food.
Highly recommended, we are coming back!
