Everything was wonderful! Car park was an easy walking distance, the hotel was the oldest building I've ever slept in. The staff were exceptional; friendly, helpful and gave great recommendations. Can't beat the location, was actually pretty quiet even though it is in the city center, it was a week day though too. It was very clean and updated but still had all the character of having very old bones. The self serve bar in the basement was also very cool, and the hidden bathroom on the main floor was a fun find.

Great little boutique hotel in the centre of Bath. Good sized rooms with en-suite and a roll top bath in the room itself. Great location to explore Bath and the breakfast was very nice! Helpful staff, we asked for an ice bucket and glasses for some champagne and was no problem. Definite recommend

A great little hotel, we stayed in a superior room at the front of the hotel on the second floor. The room wasn’t massive but well equipped with a nice touch with the nespresso machine. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the rooms are pretty steep, so if you struggle with stairs it’s a consideration. We had breakfast on one morning which was an additional £17 but IMO worth it, lovely fresh produce. My only negative was the room in the evening was pretty noisy from outside. However ear plugs and face masks are supplied. If your a light sleeper and want the window open you’d need to use the ear plugs. That being said I’d definitely go back, may consider a room that doesn’t overlook the street. The staff were great and very welcoming, and finally the location was fabulous, right in the middle of Bath.

Beautiful building and extremely helpful and friendly staff. The abbey, baths and start of the hop on hop off open top bus tour are literally around the corner. Next door to Sally Lunns bun shop which is definitely not to be missed!

What a wonderful boutique hotel. A fabulous location with wonderful breakfasts. Adrian and Monica made us fell like family. If this hotel is not on your radar for Bath it should be! And, it was a super value. We will definitely return to this little gem.

Our first time visiting the restaurant, and I have to say it exceeded our expectations. The food is exceptional. Our waiter recommended we select two dishes each, which gave us the perfect opportunity to try new things. The ravioli warrants a special mention! We were particularly pleased with the service which we both considered to be impeccable. A perfect evening. Thankyou

If I am ever back in Bath I will try and get a room here. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us with a minor room switch situation (no fault of the hotel). They really could have said no and instead found us a work around and we really appreciated it. The food at the attached restaurant is amazing! We ended up eating there a couple of nights because it was so good. Our rooms were very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful rooms in this lovely hotel which really captures the boutique, personalised feel. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had followed by one of the best dinners. Passionate, friendly staff. Our room was overlooking the square which had some very loud birds leading to a very early start to the day! Bring ear plugs.

I lived in Bath and have been meaning to eat here. Gotta say the restaurant exceeded my expectations. Food portions are about right especially for the gourmet level of food. For the menu I’d recommend the rabbit and the salad. Ambience is on point, slow and good for dates or wholesome dinners.
