Having recently had a change of management the food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced.
Not an extensive menu but something for everyone including Gluten Free and Vegan options.
The bar staff are attentive and are on the ball if you are at the bar and your glass is nearly empty to take the time to ask if you would like another drink.
Lovely lunch at the Belle. Varied menu and high quality, good veggie/vegan choices. Has been fitted out really nicely. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Perfect for a nice meal or a chilled drink.
Just came here for dinner on a Saturday. Food was really great and it's a lovely place to be in. I highly recommend the Belle burger :)
Came here tonight with Mrs and little boy. Didn't start great, went for the ribeye which I ordered medium it arrived still alive. Uncertain what happened to the mushrooms they were actually harder than the table? How does that even happen.
Had a word with the waitress who I think gave chef a few words and a very different ribeye came out the kitchen...
Thick juicy ribeye cooked perfect, homemade peppercorn sauce and a freshly grilled flat mushroom. If they had served this first time round I'd of given 5 star but can't on the back of the first attempt.
Kids meal was a think quite expensive at £10 but it is what it is. Mrs enjoyed her teriyaki noodles.
Nice pub, 4 star and credit to waitress for bringing this review back from the dead.

I am so pleased to change my previous reveiw , the whole pub has had a refresh a d its back to its full glory as a proper pub. The staff are lovely, and the drinks are fair priced . Will be going back again and again ............it has now had a lovely upgrade to garden area really makes it a lovely place to go in the sun

Came here today for a Baby Shower, beautiful setting. Great atmosphere, staff a brilliant and very attentive. The calamari was a treat however I did feel my cod was a little over cooked. Would recommend to sit in the garden enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
Love the funky decor!! Went to the Belle on Saturday for a family meal and was absolutely delighted with the food and service we received. We were greeted by a friendly face and received delicious recommended cocktails by the bar staff. Each meal was beautifully plated (you can tell the chef takes care and pride in the dishes he serves) and tasted even better!! We will 100% be returning and have recommended to all our friends and family. Cannot wait to go back for the lemon tart!! ;)
We went for a meal last night and were seriously impressed. The decor was cool and funky. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and packed with flavour and good value. Menu had a good range. My wife tried one of the many gins on offer which was suggested by the barman who clearly knew his stuff. Overall a great night and place and we will be back. It also looks kid friendly too with a nice garden space for children.
I hosted a Christmas dinner at The Belle for our staff last week.
As there were 16 of us, we had to pre order from a menu - they were happy to add extra options that we requested which is great.
On the evening we were seated in the bar area on a large table. Early on this wasn’t a problem but it did get a little noisy later.
The food was superb, the portions weren’t huge but big in flavour. I had a roast beef for my main and it was perfect!
The cocktails and drinks were very tasty and great care is taken on presentation. Everybody had great things to say about the whole evening, I would highly recommend.

Popped in today for lunch with my husband. Had the burger with melting onions, whisky smoke... Incredible. Best burger I have ever had. Dessert was lush. Will definitely be back as want to work my way through the menu. Funky decor, great service.
Phenomenal venue, phenomenal decor, phenomenal service, phenomenal food. What a well hidden secret. The coolest “village pub” I’ve ever been to. Great menu, good drinks in draught, and flexible seating indoors and outs. Booked to return before we’d left! Worth going out of your way for!
