Nice car park with Public toilets. Only a short walk to chatsworth on east flat paths. Pram friendly. Decent price however needed correct change, but was easy to use the pay by phone app.
In Baslow, so an easy walk onto Chatsworth estate, though when we tried to park the signs at the payment point said to use an app. Couldn't get a signal on my phone so we left and parked at Chatsworth house. Great location, but we've had payment issues before, I think when there was a pay by card facility it was the same problem of getting a signal. Otherwise excellent car park
Not too busy. Had to use correct cash or paybyphone. Definitely need this app these days if you use car parks a lot.
Found this when sorting a start point for a hike. Brilliant car park, good surface, plenty of space and easy to access

Nice car park, working toilets, machine accepted card payments (can take coins also, and phone I believe - see photo taken 28th March 2022). Would park here again :-)
Get there early! Loads of parking, shop on site, and the must-have toilets. Great for hikes on to Burbage, Curbar, and Froggatt edges.

Why am I rating a car park. Well this is a very convenient stopping point as it has toilets and Baslow is a gateway to the Peak District. It is also a great starting point for many excellent walks onto the hills surrounding this village. You can also walk into the Chatsworth park from the village very easily through the pedestrian gate which is just a few hundred yards from the carpark.
Nether End car parknis always clean and tidy you will never find litter there. The toilets attached to the car park are always clean and smell fragrant some body or team of people really seem to take car of this car park. Next to the car park is an old fashioned sweet shop the owner is always polite and welcoming. Though sadly it isn't open at the moment.
Great location and reasonably priced (£6 for the day).

Chatsworths ground are a few minutes walk, sweet shop and cafe close to carpark also.
A beautiful place to visit there is a lot of places to go to around this car park.
We stop at the car park on our way to Manchester . The shop as a good selection of snacks,drinks,and icecream.
The toilet are always very well looked after they are very clean and no problem about using them, sometimes when the weather is really bad it can be slippery because of the mud on the floors so disable people have to be really careful
One of the problems is that if you go in to the carpark just to use the toilet you have to pay parking just for 5minutes

A good location for access to the Peak District and Chatsworth park. Reasonable rates for parking whether it's the day or you are roving.
It's a car park, what can you say. The public toilets are always welcome when travelling across the country. There is a small shop which offers good cup of tea and coffee, sandwiches and sweets.
Great location, pay & display is only cash or on the app (PaybyPhone) so be prepared.
