I had a few bad experiences in the past but me and the wife decided to give it another go after a staff turn over and we were super impressed by the changes. The young lady serving us was very happy and enthusiastic and the menu change gave us great deals for a fantastic price. They would even goody bag any food you couldn't finish as you get a lot of food for your money.
Food quality could be better, its not 5 star but it's definitely a nice change and a pleasant atmosphere now. I would go again.
An unusual reastraunt didn't have the same feel as a normal Frankie & Bennys may that's why it is a little frankies however the food was great had a avavage wait for food bug is cooked to order was clean lacked the normal frankie & Bennys music was bit of a shame.

I visited this place yesterday. It was a birthday party for my friend. We received amazing service from shift manager Magda. She knew a lot about a menu. She gave us amazing advices about food. Friendly, always smiling and very efficient. I need to say its been a long time since i received service like that.
Food was just amazing and I was surprised by the amount served on the plate. It was my first visit there but for sure i will be back soon.
The good: Food was lovely, waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable, there is a great vegetarian/Vegan range and the music was great as always.
The bad: Didn't get drinks until the food arrived.
The ugly: The toilets are in a serious need of maintenance and updating.
Overall I'd still reccomend it
Very nice place! We had limited time and manager from the start was making sure that everything will be done quickly. We were seated immediately, waitress was with us within few minutes to take an order (she gave us enough time to decide and only when we were ready she came). Then we were served quickly with very good food. Definitely we will come back here!
The first time I ate here was terrible!. I went to the restaurant in Basingstoke (leisure park) and the service was awful, food was completely wrong from what I had ordered, and none of it was to standard.
I gave them another chance, and wow! Everything was amazing. I may have ordered online but I will happily eat in the restaurant again now.
For delivery to be good, food standards must have improved inside aswell xx
