The breakfast was good. I appreciated Jamie, the General Manager and Sam the Team Coach coming over to find out how the breakfast was. The bottomless tea is a great idea.
Went here yesterday. They had Halloween decorations and costumes. It was a really nice atmosphere. They've upped their game with food too! Very filling and super tasty. The wait wasn't too long. Josie was our waitress and she was super approachable and friendly.
We avoided coming here for many years after slow service, often having to return food. But we have been a couple of times recently and can definitely say the place is massively improving. Service speeds have improved, we got served by Louie who was very friendly and seemed on the ball, food quality

8 of us were out for a meal for a family birthday. Josie, our waitress, was fantastic. She looked after us so well, checking small details, dealing with our large order and all with a smile. Our meal was lovely and the service was excellent.
Quick service, Josie extremely efficient and friendly. Never had to wait for service - she intuitively knew when we were ready for the next stage of the meal process. Salad bar pretty depleted, but our main meals were very nice.
Best service this family from Wales has had in several years. The waiter John in particular was engaging, friendly, and performed superbly. The food was much better than our expectations from other Harvesters, and we would highly recommend.
This is our go-to place when we want a meal and a catch-up with friends. Like anywhere, there are good days and bad days, but we always leave happy and satisfied. Special mention to Josie, a new member of staff who went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after.
