Really nice,clean McDonald’s. It wasn’t very busy when I arrived on a Friday 8:30am. Literally received my food in a few minutes and it tasted great.

Had a small complaint, spoke to the manager who quickly resolved the issue. Top marks to Sandy and the team for doing an excellent job at McDonald’s Brighton Hill.

Pop In most mornings between 6 and 7. All staff are very polite and friendly. One young lady in particular taking order. Always looks clean and tidy both inside and out. Friendly man working hard outside keeping things tidy
Visited for dinner with my 2 children and mum. The restaurant was busy with families and the desk with delivery drivers. The lady clearing and cleaning tables, emptying bins was wizzing round, she didn’t stop the whole time we were in the store. She was interacting with the children, being generally
Not a bad little place. Limited parking note as you have to park across the road. Pick up has 2 bays and 1 bay for reduced mobility.

basingstoke retail park mcdonalds has drive through and eat in possibilities in the normal layout for modern mcdonalds stores. eylectronic or personal ordering possible, service was quick about 5 minutes, no more. the store was not empty nor crowded, just right for a good atmosphere. location handy
Drive thru only and the exit area from the drive thru is the more dangerous than a live race track!!
Ppl with large vehicles have no sense of spatial awareness of other vehicles exiting or driving past!!
Great staff and good food
It was pretty decent cleaner than a lot of McDonald's. Drive through was V busy but inside they we quite quick with the meals.
It has no parking outside so you have to park in one of the mains car parks and walk to it though.
