The staff at the town centre were amazing and very welcoming our American akita bear had he's first pup cup
Not every Starbucks have good coffee, unfortunately. Especially those in the motorway services. This one at Festival place has been consistently good.

This branch is located on upper floor of the mall near Next and is quite spacious inside - there’s also a seating area on the concourse which is where we prefer to sit.
There was queue when we arrived but Lovely lady working there on Sunday made the 'cafe time' a
i always go to this starbucks, the staff are lovely and the drinks are amazing everytime. will always recommend 🫶
Very friendly staff with fast service, the only downside is it can get very busy and there's not much seating available.

Has a nice range of food on offer and not had any issues with wrong drinks. Staff are friendly, however can get extremely busy on the weekends so I prefer to go in on the weekdays.

Staff do a really good job - they were really polite to us even though I am sure they were tired. Starbucks stays open longer on a Sunday then any of the other coffee chains in the complex.
This is my favourite Starbucks. Not because of the food and atmosphere as that's is standard Starbucks template. It's the staff. Every time, no matter how busy, they are always happy and attentive. Maybe copy paste the management and staffing style for other Starbucks locations.
Had a lovely coffee here last Saturday, staff were very friendly and nice to finally see a place that does gluten free panini.
Good coffee, nice and polite staff, plenty of space to enjoy such diverse goodies they have.
Very slow flat service. Food display shelfs untidy and needed a wipe down. Very untidy seating areas.Tables not cleared off so had to do it myself. Toilet and baby changing room untidy and unkempt. Daughter had an iced Blond latte and enjoyed. Music in the background was good.
Had a frappe was delicious service was promt barristas were friendly and welcoming I've actually never seen so much concentration on a barristas face while making my drink I think he only settles for perfect so top marks it was quiet and comfortable place to sit down which was required on the hottes
Love this Starbucks! Very spacious, and plenty of comfy seating. Came with my daughters and had a mid shopping drink and snack. The staff were super friendly and the food/drink as good as always👍
