The store has been turned around by Jewel the new store Manager. She has made such a difference, bringing a happy atmosphere to the store now. All the staff are working hard even though alot are still in there training period but always giving service with a smile and great customer service, even if they are busy. Still a work in progress but definitely going in the right direction well done Jewel you are doing a fantastic job.
I came in on Saturday afternoon Feb 2018 for a quick coffee and I have to say the server was very quick and very polite (nice lad), and the lady making the coffee was working like a super speedy mad person. Fran her name is. What a legend. Coffee was super fresh and hot too. Well done 😋😊

A break whilst visiting Festival Place in Basingstoke. Central location between station and top of the town not far from the bus station.
Nice atmosphere, good coffee and a cake. Nice place to relax during shopping.
Just off the M3 Sunbury roundabout. Can't go wrong! And the team are very nice.
Great costa coffee, it's great there to have a drink and things to eat if you wanna bring family, friends or partner, the staff are friendly and great to chat too if you need any assistance and to chat too

Staff are always upbeat courteous and professional. The coffee is always as asked for. Not a big fan of the hot food though as for some reason something such as bacon roll is greasy and just warmed up. Sandwiches/ fresh roles and sweet are excellent though. Would recommend a visit.

Small coffee shop not really suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Some seating outside. Service was quick. Staff friendly even took our tray of coffee to our table as we had our hands full. You have to ask for a straw if need one which I think is like that in all Costa Coffee shops now. Toilet was clean. Only 4 stars given as some tables still needed to be cleared away and my table was sticky.
We wanted a good coffee and we found it here. Decent prices and good variety of products, we didnt have to wait very much, the serving is quick and the employees are very polite and friendly. I would recommend this place.
