I had an amazing experience at the waffle shop yesterday, and I can confidently say it deserves a solid 5-star rating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for a delightful dining experience.

The waffles and ice cream are amazing. Really good portion sizes, I could only eat half and took the other half home with me. Good value for money.
The staff are very friendly and polite but do not seem to cope well with more than a handful of customers.
Would 100% return.
I don’t really do reviews but the customer service I received from (ZED) this evening was outstanding…. Nothing but helpful and friendly.
Best service I’ve had in a long time considering it’s only a desert shop.

Food was delicious service was perfect no complaints at all! Would highly reccomend if you have a sweet tooth! Id say its better than omg desserts, allot more creative choices!!!
Really good customer service and served quickly, Z was really helpful. Reese cookie dough and Oreo milkshake was banging. Pistachio ice cream is always decent
Just been to Caspers for the first time with my best friend, can’t thank ZED enough, really looked after me and my friend and gave us a superb bubble, tea and amazing waffle, great experience think this will be a regular place now:)

The staff are friendly, good prices. 5 stars there shop is always clean even after a mad rush. The ice creams are worth the money.
Everything was perfect 👍 in store service and all the desserts were very good. Very friendly staff. All this on a Saturday afternoon aswell. Very good experience
