I opted for drive-thru .... big mistake!! Once you are in the queue, you can't get out .... waited, probably 20 mins. When I finally got served, the guy serving was very polite and apologetic for the delay .. . Apparently, there were 2 very large orders which held everybody up and caused a backlog.
Staff were very polite and apologetic but certainly not the fast food I was hoping for.
Don't have KFC often, but when I do, Ben is always operational; his customer service is always fantastic. Great team member for the company.
I have to say. Pitsea KFC was a dire experience. Could not use the app there. Could not use the ordering points. Had to order at the counter. No hardship there. But the food. Omg. It was barely warm. Took it back, changed it. Exactly the same. Then come the fries. VILE TO SAY THE LEAST. I will never be going back there. 😳😳😳
My family and I were hungry so we stopped at this KFC to eat. We were amazed by the customer service and the quality of the food. The lady on the floor (Cheri) was extremely nice and we were very happy with our visit. Will definitely pop in for more food in this KFC. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. Thank you KFC and thank you Cheri :) please make this lady a manager.

One of the best KFCs around. The food tastes amazing and is always hot. Noticeable difference in food taste!
The young cashiers all have great customer service unlike the more elderly ones. Really had a easy time ordering considering I had a huge order to put in. They were patient and very kind. Also the food is 10/10, restaurant is mostly clean.💯
Went through the drive through at pitsea kfc and was served by a young boy called micheal, he was absolutely amazing, it’s nice having someone lovely take my order! Very satisfied with the service😊
