Myself and most of my family use this place as our main coffee/lunch stop in Basildon. The staff have always been very friendly and the food is to a high standard, not much of the pre packed stuff that you see served by the "industry leading" coffee shop.

The staff are always friendly, the food and drinks are always hot (unless they aren't supposed to be), and tasty.

I often pop in to Muscovado Eastgate, to meet colleagues and friends. I'm fussy about coffee, taking it black. Theirs is good. Staff are always pleasant, polite and efficient. The huge Bakewell Tarts are so wrong, yet so right! 😘
It's always been a pleasure to stop off for a coffee or snack at Muscovado's. Always found the staff to be polite, attentive and friendly – plus they have some great homemade cakes. Recommended!
I often shop in basildon and always finish with a coffee and something to eat at Muscovado's. I must visit the place 3 or 4 times a week and always found the service to be excellent and often joke with the friendly staff. The food is freshly prepare on the premises and the coffee is great.
