Very clean and all the staff smile ..... The food is alway great here and it’s hot I love there butterfly chicken and there coleslaw is to die for. Congratulations to the staff for making eating there such a pleasure

Sent off online review on our visit, but forgot to mention the lovely lad at the till Alex with his patience and kind ways. The restaurant was full and well organised, food was coming out really quick, really impressed! Exceptional staff who went over and beyond to ensure we were all happy! Please make sure Alex is aware his service was appreciated and not forgotten along with the other members of staff working this evening! Will definitely go again, cannot fault a thing!

We visited tonight for a friends young lad 17th we were a large party had booked but having 2 wheelchairs isn’t always easy to accommodate. Tonight I believe it was the manager went above and beyond his job to make our visit enjoyable and hassle free. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his floor staff so a big thank you to everyone and the card made the young lads day xx

Would have been 5 stars had it not taken longer than expected to have our meal brought to the table. Upon arrival we were greeted by a member of the team and shown to our table which was great. It was only my second visit to Nando’s so the server was happy to explain how they operate. I was happy to use the QR code to place our order but felt this took away the personal experience. We had our drinks - a smoothie in a carton and an empty glass to fill myself (I ordered water) brought as soon as the order went through on my phone. This was brought be a different server to the one that had greeted us. Unfortunately the ice machine wasn’t working but the water was cold enough so I wasn’t too worried personally. Although I could see customers asking staff about it. Our starters arrived soon afterwards which was great I was impressed. Once we had finished we waited for our mains. I was with my daughter so there were two of us on our table. We could see the restaurant was busy and buzzing with customers and servers darting around. The time we were there was 4pm on a Saturday. Kinda in between mealtimes so I was surprise with how busy it was. However we saw a lot of staff members standing at the serving hatch where the chefs deliver the meals and they seemed to be waiting or just not doing anything. My daughter and I could see our meals on the serving hatch. We asked a member of staff if we needed to fetch the meals ourselves having not been there many times. The server assured us our meals would be brought over. But it took 10 minutes. Other than this wait, we were happy with our experience. The food was delicious and we were asked, by a different server again, if we were happy with our food. I was slightly concerned that the chicken was chewy, but I was so hungry by this point I didn’t want to make a fuss. I’d hesitate to go back but I’d give them another go.

We didn't decide to sit in the restaurant but decided to have a take away. The staff were very pleasant and kept me informed of how long my order would be. Very friendly and courteous

The food was amazing and the waiters were so lovely and kind, the place was very clean. I recommend going here, they cook our food very quickly and they kindly said goodbye and hello to everyone, table and dishes were cleaned immediately when customers left, 10/10 to this place and thank you Nandos!

The best Nandos I've ever been too, rarely too busy especially compared with Festival Leisure Nandos. Food is always a reliable banger, plenty of parking.
