Was my first time coming here. Great customer service. It's 4 stars because the strawberries in my order were way past being used, in my opinion. Too mushy! Couldn't eat a single piece. With strawberries pushed out the way, I enjoyed the rest of it.
Great food as always from here today, we got a dessert in a jar, waffle with icecream (in pic) and 2 sundaes, all looked and tasted great. Very quick service too! We regularly use this Sprinkles at Basildon as we always enjoy the food and it has very friendly staff which keeps us returning 😃
A VERY VERY welcoming atmosphere!!!!! The service was bloody brilliant they went above and beyond for my very indecisive son letting him mix and match his topping, and the food was absolutely jaw dropping the ice cream was silky smooth, really complimented the crunchy Oreo in my milkshake! And the waitress who made it was so nice and helped us with all of our queries and concerns and my sons allergies.

A varied selection of deserts including different flavored Ice Creams, Waffles, Pancakes, Cookie Dough and Cake. Rather slow service given the number of staff working to the number of customers actually there. All in all a nice experience, reasonably priced. Food is always really nice. Would visit again

This is my favourite place for a treat! Food is always quick and all the staff are friendly and look after you well. Even before COVID, I've never seen an establishment cleaned so thoroughly, lots of options to choose from, cookie dough is our favourite!

Absolutely love this place! The food is always delicious and never takes too long to arrive to your table. The tables and chairs are very clean , the staff also wipe the table down before they seat you there. Lots and lots of different options on what to eat.
A great experience and delicious dessert! I went old school with lemon and sugar pancakes with mixed ice-cream on the side! A great treat!
Lovely place, always clean, welcomed in good time by a member of staff and seated accordingly. How to order is explained and food delivered promptly. Plenty of choice, sometimes too much! :)
Adelina was amazing and so was all the other staff, it was my birthday to which she put a candle in my dessert as a surprise which was a such a kind gesture.
