My review reflects the staff here. From ordering, having the food delivered to my table (which was offered and I did not have to ask for) to seeing a very efficient cleaning of tables and floor, which was needed after a kids party. Just made my visit all the more pleasant. Thanks to all staff, including preparation team, as my food was nice and hot.
Greeted with a smile by all staff who were friendly and fast at serving.

At this particular McDonald's you have to pick your time as it can be very busy pick the right time and it's very nice never had a Duff meal at McDonald's
Much cleaner than many of the McDonald’s restaurants I’ve been to, staff were constantly cleaning up which was nice to see. Food was as it always is 👍

Coming from Billericay as no MacDonald anywhere in that area. Basildon has 3 of them or probably more. Whoever did the drive through on Sunday the 19th Feb '23 was extremely polite and easy to understand. Felt like I was doing the drive through at Harrods. What else can I say, can't beat a burger when wanting a quick yummy bite.

Visited This McDonald’s on Thurs 22 Dec 2022. I have been diving into McDs drive through for a cheeky bit of grub all my life, whether for an early morning brekky before work or a cold milkshake on a hot sunny day. Having frequented many McDs over many years I’ve always found the staff to be a bit lacklustre with their service… No biggy for a minimum wage job, right! However, on this particular occasion I was served by CONNOR, amazing! What a thoughtful friendly happy guy wearing a Christmas jumper and a smile. Give him a pay rise and get him to teach all the other members of staff across the country to be more like him. Merry Christmas.
Easy to use ordering station. Food was delivered to our table, hot and delicious as always. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean. Me and my family felt good eating in here.
