Not been for a tgi for years most items on the menu were very expensive so we went for the 2 course set which was more reasonable once order the service was a little slow but we was in no rush. The Food we had was very nice and I would definitely go back

Haven't been to a TGIs in about 10 years as they started to go downhill. I was pleasantly surprised how they've bounced back but there are still niggles. Started with some brilliant chicken wings, haven't had hot wings as good as this since Chili's packed up and left the UK. The burger wasn't quite right, badly lacking seasoning and no one could find us any ketchup in the building to liven it up. Staff couldn't be friendlier but it's a little sad when an American style diner can't find a bottle of Heinz anywhere.

Great food as always, quick and attentative service, checking to make sure drinks were refilled and food was great. Which it was, for a busy Saturday night it didn't feel rushes or delayed either. Will be back soon to try something else on the menu
Excellent service by Sophie for my husbands birthday meal this evening. Great cocktails food and atmosphere for our local Friday's restaurant.
Despite a couple of issues overall, including our drinks due to stock shortages and a dessert being not what we ordered, the quality of the service and food on this particular visit was sublime. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, and our server Joe was fantastic.
Personally, my surf and turf felt a little short changed with only two single battered prawns which feels cheeky. I've been in Establishments where the "Surf" part of the meal is a nice quantity of seasoned prawns, however, the quality of the food was fantastic and I was completely full afterwards.
(Food quality outweighed my want to decrease a star level).
If the food wasn't as good, I would have felt slightly more disappointed but I've yet to have a bad experience with TGIs, thank you all.
Popped in for a beer and food. Sat at the bar, great service from Mac. sticky wings, nachos and spicy shrimps.
Lovely.
Great restaurant. Delicious food. Service was great! Only criticism would be the high chairs. Could do with some better ones, maybe with a tray. Not suitable for baby's or smaller toddlers.
