Lovely pub with very friendly, helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is very nice 'pub grub' reasonably priced. Always enjoy our meals here.
Visited yesterday with my Mum and Son. The food was absolutely gorgeous and for such a great price. Friendly staff also. We will definitely return soon.

Friendly staff, good food and local.
Been to this pub for lunch twice now and on both occasions, staff have been very pleasant and the food has tasted great.
The mid week lunch menu is also very good value for money in my opinion with a good selection of soft drinks!
Me and my wife have ridden our bicycle to this location on both occasions and have utilised the spacious beer garden for lunch and store our bikes.

We organised a surprise hen do at the pub and it was brilliant! catered well for the number we had, allowed us to decorate there side room which is perfect for gatherings.

We had been to the County show and decided to come here after there were 10 of us and the staff were so helpful ensuring we were happy sitting in the garden area as we had a little one we decided to eat in the play park so he could play whilst we ate but obviously keep an eye on him

Most importantly it's Doggie friendly.
As a first time customer, I was greeted by friendly staff, a really nice decor, and the option of eating area's.
Doggy was even treated to biscuits and fuss, although she turned her nose up in favour of the chips.
Food was really nice, and good price and size portion. ( Hunters Chicken , Gammon )

My husband and I went for something to eat and really had a lovely meal. A chilli for him and a delicious katsu curry for me. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Always a nice environment, great outdoor seating area and great outdoor kids play area with good seating, pleasant staff, great service , good food at reasonable prices.
A wonderful pub that caters to your furry friend too, both indoors and outdoors. For health reasons, the dogs cannot enter the restaurant area, however the food is also available within the indoor pub area and the spacious outdoor area too.
Great food for humans, we had keto style crispy wings, just ask for plain (the tubs of sauce and oil is not strictly keto, adjust your carbs accordingly), We have veen twice and had 1kg of wings. lovely pet stations around with water, treats and other doggy friendly bits. All staff and visitors seem to be very dog friendly and welcoming to their human counterparts too.

Service was off tonight. I kept asking for lemon, for the fish & chips, and never got them. After close to 30 minutes, I got dome at the bar.
They were having trouble with the "pulled ales" too. Not sure what the problem was, but could not enjoy the ale I was looking forward to.
The food was still good. Prices were very reasonable as well.
I still recommend this pub !
