Robins Pie And Mash - Basildon - Photo album

Robins Pie and mash, Basildon. Located in the marketplace, this pie and mash shop has been here for years and always supplies the goods. Lovely pies, creamy mash, and thick liquor. Can't be beaten, can't be faulted.
The atmosphere and service here is fantastic. The pies are so tasty but sometimes can seem a bit empty of any real meat. The mash and liqueur are always perfect to me, no lumps and full of flavour. I tried another pie shop (staceys) and hated it. Robins is the best in town for me.
The new shop is fantastic, big, airy, same friendly service and excellent pie n mash. Love it!!
Best pie and mash staff, great pies and mash and easy location to get to with parking nearby. My favourite place to go and they're probably sick of the sight of me with how often I'm there.
The food here is really nice, good portion's and fairly priced. The eel's are absolutely great as is the liquor. I've also had the pie's here and they are also very nice. The staff are friendly as well. The only thing is it's a small place and seating can be hard when busy, the tables are small and
Brilliant traditional east end food. Good sized portions which is well cooked and tasty
This is the real deal, not like the puff pastry pies served up elsewhere like lakeside. The mash is how it should be, has the odd lump, the pies are the original pastry recipe and the Beef inside with the gravy is good stuff too. Just from tasting the food, don't think anything is prepacked or out o
Very tasty. My favourite meal, wish they gave a bit more mash however they did give my daughter a free pie! Thank you ladies can’t complain
Fantastic pie and mash, really friendly staff too! Highly recommend.
It's not busy at all to go out for lunch again soon one love from me James Laudat.
Great traditional pie mash quality food spotlessly clean good prices. When in Basildon you must go. Plus builders tea couldn't get better value.
Good old fashioned pie mash shop. tasty pies, good mash and good liquor. For those interested in the construction, the pies had good crusty tops and soft bottoms. The filling is well browned and seasoned so if you're one of those who prefer your filling dry, pink or grey and totally bland because t
My dad used to bring me here once a month when I was growing up and having just been back for the first time in many years nothing has changed. The place looks exactly the same and the staff are so friendly and happy. The food tastes exactly how I remember and I can now sadly eat pie and mash from
Proper pie mash & liquor, been there years for that very reason. Jellied eels a step too far for me but was told they were good by my mate eating them.
Good pie n mash..buy they are becoming rare across towns. try it before it goes forever.
