Came to Barton for work and stumbled upon market place fish & chips. Was greeted by Balwant the owner, very friendly and attentive, the food was amazingly priced and the food itself was the best chippy I’ve ever had which says a lot being from Cleethorpes and being renowned for its chip shops.
Will come back here every time I’m even close to the area.

Marvellous fish cooked in a lovely crisp batter. Generous portions. Great cheery service. Very clear guidance about how to be safely distanced in and around the shop during these pesky covid-19 times. I recommend them!

Food is really good, we love going for the food. The staff aren't always the most pleasant. They seem unhappy if you ask for something to order like Cod. They never seem to offer salt and vinegar either, which is also unusual for a fish and chip shop.

Well I think this is the best Chippy in Barton upon Humber. You will enjoy your take away whatever you have. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 star food provider.
Used this chip shop for a few years now. Best fish around and portions are amazing. You can always park somewhere nearby if outside busy.

Visited here tonight and was very impressed. Lovely fresh haddock and heaps of tasty chips. We will definitely be back.
