Needed to stop for a quick toilet break and bite to eat. The toilets were clean. When I approached the desk I was greeted by the joyous staff and upon hearing my order for the steakhouse stack they were very excited and highly recommended it. Unfortunately when I revealed this well reviewed peppery cheeseburger I was met with a chicken burger. I’m not one to send food back and I love chicken also but I felt it would be the right thing to do as they specifically asked for my feedback on the steakhouse stack.
After apologising and replacing the burger I indulged in a very tasty sandwich. It was as good as they said. Nicely peppered and a good portion. I liked it but I must say it’s not as good as the signature spicy. That thing was the one!!

The staff are amazing here we stop here every fortnight on our travels to London. There's always something for the little ones, the toilets are always clean, the service is quick and if we ever have an issue the staff are great at rectifying it.
Good food, faster service! not comparable to US McDonalds in taste but there are similarities in the items names, ie the chicken nuggets, and Big Mac ... Fries taste like potatoes rather than chemicals like in the US!
Helpful staff great selection of products and clean shop. Recommend for all fast food needs. And lots of FREE parking too.👍 service friendly but slow but that's what I've come to expect from this chain
App always works without issue and we never have any problems with our orders. Very consistent. Two thumbs up, for sure. Ordering off the value menu keeps the price under £10 for two adults. Deals on the app are sometimes great too.
Our favourite Maccy D's stopping off on the way in/out of Norfolk for breakfast lunch or dinner. Really kind and courteous service, tables are always really clean. Plenty of parking too!
After a long journey we needed to stop and take on some calories.
Chicken Big Mac for me and a normal Big Mac for my wife. Chips and drink rounded off a great stop.
Food was good,warm and quite tasty. Service was good too,not long to wait. Table was clean and seats were ok too.
All in all a pleasant experience.
They were great food was hot and quick service despite being busy the staff worked hard keeping it all clean and tidy.
As fast food goes, this is as good as it gets. The staff were nice as well 👍
It was crazy busy when we were there, lady showed us how to order on machine, she was very helpful friendly & calm.
Very quiet. But it was 1.30am. Had a much needed coffee & food after doing a pick up from Luton
