This place without a doubt had THE BEST chicken burger I have ever eaten. Living in the States where we have multitudes of chicken places, none comes close to the Shack! It takes a whole lot to perfect a well cooked thick piece of chicken breast. The chef nailed it, juicy and succulent. Well done!
Absolutely incredible food. The big shack burger with beef and fried chicken is amazing. Been here twice now and will be returning very often!
Only downside is the seating and interior isn’t as nice as it could be.
Really nice loaded/dirty fries and definitely one of the best Mac & cheese that I've had across Luton/London. Food was made very quickly as well & perfect portion sizes.
Came here after 2 years when they done the refurb and it looks amazing. Much bigger space for the kitchen for staff to work in and still decent amount of seating for customers. Got the bbq wings, holy shack burger, big shack burger and dirty fries. Everything tasted amazing, especially the big shack
Let me start off by saying Charlie is fantastic! A young lad keeping the vibe of the shack fun and enjoyable! We had a takeaway and a couple of milkshakes that were brilliant! Thank you for your service this evening Charlie!
Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and polite when ordering and waiting. The food was immense! I've been to many burger places and had some great ones but this has to be the best one by miles. 10/10 would recommend going.food tastes just as good as it looks
Excellent food, massive burgers. Chips were also very tasty. Sauces supplement the food, and they are generous with tubs. Only improvement I can think of is maybe use a bit bigger burger bun, will be back again.

Absolutely amazing food and really good service. Visited yesterday and was a little mixup with my leftovers, but the team went above and beyond to fix the issue and left this customer very happy. Highly recommend The Shack
Everything was delicious! The mango wings blew Chicken George out of the water! Chicken falls right off. The Big Stack burger was enormous and all of the ingredients were impeccable. Ash was a welcoming and efficient server.
