Just had a lovely meal at the Barton Bull delicious food and great service. Couldn’t fault anything at all. You would never know this place is under new management. If you fancy a decent meal out then get yourselves down here Always a good sign to see a pub busy, footfall speaks for itself!

A great venue for a family celebration - We held a family Christening party here and all of our guests loved this place. Good atmosphere, clean facilities, very helpful staff. Food went down really well with everybody. Perfect, safe play area in the garden for kids to play - I cannot recommend The Bull enough.

Was impressed we could vape but extremely impressed with the friendly staff & the food also....we ordered the big burger &.....oh my, my eyes nearly popped out of my head & it tasted lovely, proper onion rings too, chips were nice but couldn't manage many of them! My fella had to lay down on the sofa he was that stuffed! The only very small critism is the plate was a little too small We will most certainly be visiting again. Thankyou!

Really cosy local! Friendly staff, nice open fire and reasonable drinks prices. Easily the best of the three Barton pubs by far.

It's our local and has been steadily improving. We had our wedding reception their last year. We have family with allergies but they came up trumps. We had a wheat, gluten, dairy & nut free wedding. Those without allergies couldn't tell the difference. We had a lovely meal last night. I can recommend the Crispy beef & cashew nut salad, lovely!

Popped in to the Bull, after a walk round barton hills, great atmosphere, good food, friendly staff, and there was a live band, it was a good night, all round.

Brilliant idea for the kids pizza making. My granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed it today. I loved the free coffee.

The best carvery I've ever eaten. The staff were very helpful, the service good. The roast dinner was cooked to perfection, every part of it excellent. And it was under £10. Will definitely eat there again, great value.

Great food. Wasn't expecting much but the food was presented, portions were huge and most importantly tasted fab. Staff were attentive. Better than a lot of restaurants that I've been too.

Food was very nice, just had a light lunch, but got my new top caught on a damaged table, (made a hole in it) and when I told the waitress/bar staff, (she was the only person we saw) not interested?? Never apologized? or offered a free coffee. I said should put some selotape on the table someone doesn't hurt themselves on it.

First time here, it was at 5.15 on a Saturday evening so was relatively quiet. Got a table straight away and food didn't take long. The staff are very accommodating particularly with two five year olds. Food was good and there was a reasonable choice.I'd definitely come back.

Good atmosphere and interesting building. Pity there aren't more little nooks and crannies to sit in (layout in most areas of the pub is a bit uniform) but if you get a seat near the fire it has a nice cosy pub feel.

Went to private party in function room. Live music was on in Mani bar. Staff seemed friendly and helpful and there was a nice atmosphere. Beer garden and play area seemed to be quite good too.

Rented the rear room for a family party. The room is great, clean and nicely decorated. The beer lines need running as I needed to go to the front bar fir a decent pint ☹️

Delicious Mother's Day lunch here (roast beef particularly amazing). They were so welcoming to our little doggie too. Definitely hope to return, thank you and God bless!

The local pub is always a nice place to go! Stopped for a drink before heading to the thai restaurant a few doors down. Really enjoyed our whole evening starting at the Bull!

Great little pub with good service and great food. The fish finger "doorstep sandwich" is amazing and portion sizes aren't scrimped upon! Well worth a visit 👍

Been a few times to the bull, always friendly staff on. Great atmosphere with the locals. Only tried a small bit of food at a function which was lovely.
