If you love a bit of Gavin and Stacey, then this is the perfect place to visit. Great place to grab a tea/coffee and relax whatever the weather. Tasty cakes on offer. Great undercover seating. Lovely view of the beach. Pet friendly, which is always a bonus. Facilities were ideal. Great place to stop
Love this place especially after a swim. Food fab, cakes amazing. Marco's even attracts the local sealife!
Well if you're a Gavin and Stacey fan then it's got to be worth a visit, otherwise it's just another cafe that does great coffee and cakes etc. Plenty of tables to sit at in the sun but it does get rather busy. Service is quick though.
Busy place, got seen quickly, friendly staff and decent prices too. Food was really nice

A very convivial coffee shop to meet friends, have a lite lunch/brunch and a chat with fabulous sea views. Excellent place fab bacon sandwich cakes not good value though. Could do with cushions on seats
Great cafe, good food (the baguettes, panninis and pasties are lovely) reasonable tea and coffee prices, very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside was the litter around the tables, but that's more down to it's customers than the cafe itself I reckon.
Good value café food, nice coffee, lovely setting. Dropped a star on service as had to chase to find out where food was.. most likely due to the place being very busy.
Whenever we walk our dogs we'll Always reward ourselves with a good cup of coffee and one of the best choices in homemade (inc. vegan) cakes and treats around! Such a lovely place to sit and watch the world go by, and always great service from Marco and the team!!
Absolutely fabulous 💯 had a bacon 🥓 baguette and latte bacon high quality nice and salty fat trimmed off if required cooked just fine and the latte was very hot which is how I like it👍🏻 so get down there for 5star everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Go here regularly all through the year. Great for dog lovers, sit with a lively coffee and bacon baguette and watch the world go by. Very friendly.
Was very pleased to find Marco's open on a Sunday. Bought lovely cornish pastys and a coffee and tea. The lady was lovely, who served us. Very clean and tidy. Keep up the great service 👍🏻
Just visited for a cuppa which was good and strong. Idea location fog people watching whatever the weather. They do serve pizzas, sandwiches, cakes and ice cream.
It's just a cafe but bit more special thanks to TV programme. Actually a lovely place to watch workd go past and cracking view too somerset across the water
Marco’s cafe’s a lovely spot for a coffee and a snack or ice cream, with a nice view over Barry Island beach.
There’s a great selection of ice cream (I had the cookie dough flavour, which was great) and they have Mr Whippy too, if that’s your thing. The cakes look lovely too, and there’s some vegan
