Clean inside. Quick and polite service from staff. Not as tasty as KFC used to be.. something has changed but can't put me tongue on it...
The self order system is good and saves queue for ages. Don't feel as rushed when ordering. Plenty of parking.
Me & my son called in for a bargain bucket to share & sat in to eat. The food was spot on👍🤗. Friendly staff,brill hygiene. This KFC is well recommended to anyone either locals or people visiting Barrow like me visiting my son for a week from West Yorkshire. Well done staff. 👍✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓✓
It’s rare when KFC get a delivery order Bob on, so it’s deserving of a 5* review today... so glad they’ve got their flamin’ hot snack wraps back on the menu!! So good!
Food wasn't as hot as it should have been seeing as we ate in, still better than workington branch where its always cold af. Ladies toilets were disgusting with deposits on the seat and lid
Food was spot on can't fault that but the staff are rude and creepy all standing at the till messing about and all watching you eat made us and a couple of other tables very uncomfortable

Food was really nice, staff were nice and efficient. Food was well prepared and fresh, it tasted very good. We really enjoyed it. We were served very quickly. It appeared to be clean. We were disappointed with KFC wraps.

A rare visit to Barrow led to us having lunch in KFC as it is the nearest outlet to Windermere, where we live.
The building is tired and lifeless compared to some other outlets, and could do with a rethink on the decor.
The food service was slow, but given it was so busy, only to be expected, but items were missed off our order and we had to return to the counter for the missing items.
I had a Aero Chocolate Krushems drink, which was inferior in size and price to competitors offerings - notably COSTA Coffees Frappes which are larger and better for around the same price.
At least the chicken fillets were nice, and the fries were crispy and fresh.
Sadly the popcorn chicken was not.
The staff were friendly and apologised for the short order, and seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers.
I'm not sure more staff would have helped - they seemed more short of space than staff... I feel certain a slimmed down menu would help - the more items available, the more likelyhood of errors.
£38+ for three persons fast food seemed steep - I hope it gets spent on improvements.
