Victoria Tavern - Barrow-in-Furness - Photo album

Went for the first time in a long time and tried the small pensioners 2 course deal. Had gammon, egg, chips & peas followed by apple crumble and custard. Might not be good if you have a big appetite but perfect for me and my two companions. The food was beautiful.
A back street local that has it all. Shame I never stopped for any scran as the menu looked terrific with some amazing deals - no wonder it was filling up this tea time. Only the one cask ale brewed by Greene King - guess there is not the demand for more round here. Can’t remember the last time I sa
Highly recommend. Went for tea tonight with my two boys. I was really flustered as my son with ADHD and autism was being a royal pain, but the girl who works there, Leanne, was great, she really helped me settle in and helped my son get in his chair (because by this point I'd given up) she went abov
Delicious sirloin steak & burger with burnt ends & bacon, loved my long island tea cocktail, staff are always really friendly & the service is great, we were so full couldn't manage pudding
Best burgers in town! Absolutely EPIC. Goes down well with a couple pints o' Guinness. Brian and Nathan make certain you get all what you need. Highly recommended!
Excellent choice of food and good service . Food virtually cooked to order came hot and was very nice good size portions
As we're in Barrow quite a lot we often come here for lunch and I can quite honestly say the food and service is always fantastic. We're not drinkers but this is definitely our local !
Recently refurbed .... Greene king has bought out the vic. One side now dining.. one a pub. Much better layout! Cheap mean deals £8.99 for 2 meals 7 days a week all day. Worth a mooch
Went for Christmas Dinner with 7 friends, table was laid out beautifully and food good and well presented, friendly staff too.
The food was really well priced, loved everything I ate and I want to return just to try the things I didn't have chance too. The menu is unequivocally British but that's rather fun in this spot. Oddly topped chips and the same in wraps, solid. And I need to get on the seemingly well kept pool table
