We had take away a Mediterranean Chicken Kebab with fries and salads. It was so good! Fresh, tasty and good size of portion!

Just wanted to leave a review to highlight the quality and banging food from this place. The staff ordered to the hotel we were staying in which was quick and the delivery man was polite and nice, which was great because we were in the middle of nowhere and wouldn’t of ate🤣 so thank you for that.
Secondly the food is gorgeous, I’ve spent time in Greece over the past summer and we love gyros but your food was another level, the garlic sauce was to die for and everything was hot with big portions well worth the 13.99 a box.

Currently only does takeaways. But what great takeaway pizza! The chef is passionate about his ingredients and sources authentic quality ingredients, which you can really tell. I'd normally take photos but in this case got carried away and it was demolished before I'd even remembered to get a pic. Highly recommended.
Food is amazing - we got pizza, chips and the chicken gyros pitta and wow! Moved to the area over a year ago and this place is by far THE best takeaway in Barrow. Delivery was quick, food piping hot and driver was lovely!
I recently visited Barrow-In-Furness and had the chance to order food at Dodona. I loved it! The pizza, rice, and sauce were delicious, and I enjoyed them so much. I was also amazed by their service. Great job!

Wasnt sure if they would accept my order with living so far out of barrow but they did and was absolutely beautiful, fresh and pipping hot😍! Both adults and kids portions are very good size, also Arrived on time, will definitely be ordering again!
Don't live in the area but whenever I'm up from Essex I've had it and it's delicious.
Everytime I come here it is top-restaurant tasting food as a takeaway.
The kebabs are never greasy and you can tell the salad is always super fresh.
The portion sizes are great also.

I've visited Barrow with my partner, we have ordered twice from Dodona. On entry we were greeted by very friendly staff, who offered us a lot of information about their dishes and where their ingredients come from, and recommended few things that were amazing. He has also recommended few places for us to see that otherwise we wouldn't have visited. I've had their pepperoni pizza, sweet and chilli chicken pizza, both times spot on. Pepperoni isn't your typical Tesco's cheapest, like everywhere else. It is properly made with a little spice to it. Dough tasted great, full of flavour and crust is nice and soft too. They clearly pay attention and care to their ingredients and cooking. My partner had steak kebab and Mediterranean chicken. Steak kebab was nice and soft, well marinated and cooked same goes for chicken, well prepared and marinated which gave very nice flavour, both came with a choice of sides, partner had rice and salad, which were really tasty as well. On recommendation we also had some cakes and garlic bread that also were great. We definitely recommend this place.
Good food, however portions were huge. Recommend a single dish with a side for two people if you are not a heavy eater.

Delicious pizza and when you accompany that with their homemade sauces it is awesome. Also the chicken gyro meat was great too.
Just amazing food! I am really choosy about what I eat, it must be wholesome, fresh and prepared with care. Dodona House is tops for me. So far I've had salad, a beef burger, chips, Dodona`s House Special Mix of gyros and kofte with sides, and the to-die-for Homemade Baklava. Everything perfectly prepared, traditional and ingredients as fresh as I use at home. Very appreciative of the kitchen and delivery staff, excellent addition to the take away scene in Barrow.

We ordered the mixed gyros plates with rice and salad from DODONA for delivery whilst staying locally for tea this evening and the food arrived bang on time and piping hot despite us being around 5 miles from the store.
Both the chicken and pork gyros were tasty (although as they are both white meats it was a bit difficult to tell which was which), the salad fresh and if anything the meals were larger than expected with lots of meat in particular, so good value at £9.95 each.
The only slight down side were the sauces. We ordered these additionally as it wasn't clear via the app (barroweats) if they came with any as no option was given. The rice sauce didn't really taste of anything although not offensive and the chilli sauce was alright but if this was homemade it tasted more mass produced and bought in. The homemade roasted garlic sauce though was really nice.
With some tweaks to the sauces though and the option of adding them in store prior to collection or delivery DODONA would definitely score 5* and we would definitely order from here again.
