Haven't been in a while as heard the food had gone downhill but can say they have picked it back up again. Food was delicious. Very big portions. Cakes look amazing but didn't have room for them. Staff always attentive and friendly. Will def be going again
Had a lovely Christmas roast here. It was delicious. Staff were friendly and attentive. The chef also came out to check if we were happy with our meals.
Lovely spacious restaurant, fantastic food and friendly staff. Reasonably priced and not long waiting time.
Great pub n restaurant, excellent hot n cold food, lush cakes 🍰 lovely atmosphere never disappointed when we visit only done 4* for rooms as never used them coz I live local but know of friends that have stayed and rated them well!
Really great and fantastic place. Good and pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly peoples and Service. My friend really enjoyed that moment during his visit to Walney. He came from Middle East UK
Stayed for 2 nights whilst working locally.
Was the first time I have stayed here and was met by Amanda on arrival who was very polite and helpful throughout my stay.
Room was nice and food and menu was very good.

Went for a meal with family, good food and friendly staff. A bit pricey but worth it :)
We didn't stay here but had dinner in the restaurant. I am following a gluten free diet and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. There were three pasta dishes on tonight and all could be made with gf pasta. The fish and chips were also gf. Unfortunately the puddings weren't but, as it's Summer, I could have
Despite booking a table, when we arrived it wasn't in the booking list. The staff did find us a table eventually. Food good.

Great Food & simply great service. We were served by Paula & she was absolutely fantastic with her service. She understood the children's requirements & took care of us efficiently.
Great Ambience!
Went this morning for breakfast. The service was excellent, even with my friend being the fussiest person ever when ordering a full English. The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Price wise was spot on.
Absolutely delicious meal. So many gluten free options, even the batter on onion rings and fish was gluten free. Sadly our food took almost an hour from ordering but to be fair it was worth the wait. All staff were friendly. Well definitely return.
