Lovely restaurant
Very attentive servers who are really polite and helpful.
I had garlic bread and salt and pepper shrimp with aioli sauce for starters. Wow that sauce is amazeballs.
The mains were meatballs with gnocchi. Tbh, it was well cooked but probably not my cup of tea.
I felt the prices were
Just two of us rocked up unannounced, they were most accommodating and managed to seat us after a fifteen minute wait. Food was great as normal, massive selection. Staff attentive, what more could you ask for?
Excellent experience. Booked for 4 people at short notice, we were fitted in on a busy Saturday night. Restaurant appeared extremely busy when we arrived but we were seated very promptly. The food was wonderful (loved the chicken stuffed with haggis) and the service was speedy and friendly.
Where to start?
Lovely staff inside and out. They are like buzzy bees. Busy with service even on weekdays.
Not an issue, very cosy you can have elbow to elbow touch sometimes, but the food will make it up.
I recommend salmon (special's) one word to describe it was epic.

The family love it in here the food is and always has been awesome. They always help us with the wheelchair. staff are always really welcoming and friendly.
Went with husband, and granddaughter.He wasn't keen, as he doesn't like pasta, he loved his Pizza though, so all good.
I tried something new, recommended by lovely front of house person, and it was gorgeous, also thoroughly enjoyed by granddaughter.

My favourite Italian restaurant in barrow! Always made to feel welcome by the owner.... food is hot, fresh and always very tasty.

Me and the wife went for a meal at dinner time it was the first time for the wife and it's been many years since I'd been and I would recommend it to everyone thought the meal was really flavoursome complement to the Chef 👨🍳
Absolutely tip top. Went with our family to celebrate 🍾 my birthday. Salvana's has been around for ages and like me it's got better with age! Haha 😄 Thank you to everyone at Salvos for a lovely evening.
Great place for a quick bite or long meals.
The staff is really friendly and helpful in chosing the dishes. The dishes were quite big, do not let the pictures fool you.
