Located in a business park makes this a useful Costa. The manager is excellent as is most of the staff. However, during busy periods the tables are left uncleaned. In addition, one member of staff picks up clean cups by putting her fingers inside them - and constantly touches her face & hair - not useful re Covid.
Quite busy. Clean & more staff on which was good. Thought the food had gone up alot in price but it all looked nice & fresh. Didn't really get any atmosphere as everyone was in their own groups. I like it like that as you don't have to shout at each other. Good to see lots of people uses the refill mugs.
It's nice not to have to travel into town now since this new Costa opened. A really lovely place. Light and airy, nice chairs and super repaved atmosphere. And the staff are the best. So friendly and polite, even when you don't fancy a cake! Recommended.
Great place with lovely staff and well managed, always a smiling face when you come in for a brew.cant beat a regular white americano.

I have always found the service to be excellent, the staff in there are so patient and kind with my daughter. The shop is always clean and generally empty tables are free of empties. Would recommend.
Wish I had the foresight to ask for the girls names but basically all the female staff are amazing
Great place for some time out. Spacious, clean and airy with easy parking and well-trained staff. You can generally rely on consistently tasty food and drink in Costa outlets and can be good value if you collect and use points.
Thought I would visit today to see if it had changed much. So much better! Good service, happier staff, which is always a good thing!
