Without doubt the best chip shop in Devon. I love the atmosphere in there. The staff are simply lovely. Oh, the battered sausage 😋 their curry sauce is just amazing!
Popped in to this lovely Fish and Chip shop on passing through Pilton to visit an old friend. As a Coeliac I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had Gluten free versions of many of the items on the menu. I ordered GF Cod and Chips. It was cooked fresh to order and was absolutely delicious. Lovely knowledgeable chef/server. There is no seating so bear in mind it is take away only. Highly recommended!
I visited late on a Wednesday evening to buy some chips and a couple of battered Mars bars. The chips were some of the best I've ever had (even better than 'orange' chips from where I live) and the Mars bars were a real treat. The staff were also wonderful and the service was fast.

I just wanted to give a shout-out for Charlotte who provided excellent customer service during a not-so-great delivery experience with JustEat. She chased it up for us and did what she could to ensure we still got our order!
Went for 1st time last night after moving close by 6 months ago. Wasn't disappointed. Cooked fresh fish chips and pea fritter for me and hubby. Was quite big portions so will get 1 meal between us on our next visit. We couldn't eat it all. Really friendly and excellent customer service with a smile.😃

Best fish and chips in North Devon - the friendliest staff who go above and beyond to deliver the freshest food possible. Food is always exceptional (their chicken nuggets are my fave; 100% chicken breast!) There's a reason people have been going for years!
Nicest chips I've had, great chicken nuggets too. Have a great selection on their menu. Their chicken korma is also a hit with me too. Staff are very friendly, and try to make service as simple and quick as possible. Couldn't recommend and more highly.
