Waterside Cafe - Barnstaple - Photo album

Great brunch pancakes. Husband had bacon and maple syrup. I had strawberries, blueberries, and cream. Both tasted delicious. Would definitely have it again. Sat outside with beautiful views of the river Tay estuary. Its near Chivenor at the end of a business park. Worth a visit.
This place was great, totally tucked away and unexpected, just popped in on a whim. Lovely lady running the cafe. Excellent waffle good coffee
What a lovely place, overlooking the estuary. Easy to park. Staff lovely and welcoming. Didn't eat just a Latte, but food looked delicious. Can sit outside on picnic benches taking in the stunning view over the estuary. Very much recommended.
Well worth a visit if you're on the cycle path between Barnstaple and Braunton. This was our second visit, have only had a coffee and cake on both occasions but the cakes were delicious and the coffees were tasty. Lovely views over the estuary on a sunny day.
What a lovely little place to come across as cycling along the Tarka Trail. Ordered coffee and Pizza. Staff very friendly. Lovely views from the outside seating.
What a fab find, Lovely cafe and location - scrumptious cake and coffee. It was raining for our 1st visit so we will be coming back when it's dry, to sit outside and take in the views.
So fantastic. Wonderful food and so much of it is gluten free too. Great service from the really charming staff with lovely views. I am looking forward to returning.
Friendly staff , beautiful location and fresh quality food . We will be back 🥰
Modern cafe with wooden outdoor seating area overlooking the River Tor. Ordered waffle with maple syrup & bacon with a cappuccino. Ample parking and 1 toilet (suitable for disabled patrons).
Nice place to stop for a snack. Shame they have stopped pizza during the week. Amazing chocolate brownie.!!!!
This is was my second visit over this truly glorious summer we are having. A great place on the Taw Estuary to sit outdoors and enjoy really freshly prepared tasty choices. Met up with different 'Gal Pals' each time and they enjoyed their individual choices. The setting isn't what you'd call salubri
Had such a lovely experience here whilst walking the Tarka Trail. The staff were lovely and interior is really nicely done.
Lovely place with great coffee and lovely staff. 😍 Tucked away by the water with lots of parking.
Peaceful atmosphere with friendly staff to make your day more enjoyable. Lovely cake here too.
Beautiful little find on our walking today. Superb coffee and cake even the dog tried to get in on the act
Just off the Tarka trail. Really nice for a pit stop or from the menu for something more.
Several people told us we should go to Waterside for coffee and cake. They were do right. The food menu looked good too. Lovely staff. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. Easily accessible from the Tarka Trail.
