Old School Coffee House - Barnstaple - Photo album

I had a wonderful Devon Cream Tea here and found the atmosphere enchanting. The history of the location alone is worth a stop.
Lovely atmosphere, lovely food/prices and lovely staff.
Absolutely awesome. We had a mini cream tea, not that it was just absolutely tasty it also cost not much.
Hidden along a cobbled lane, a warm welcome, quick and efficient service. Excellent fare,, wide choice, nicely served and quite succulent, with three attractive vegetarian dishes on offer.. Very very good value for money. Worth many return visits. Maurice and Shirley Palfrey PS don't tell too many-
Reasonably priced, with friendly welcoming staff who remember you. Tucked away in a quiet cobbled corner of the church yard, and probably the only place in Barnstaple where you can get a decent home cooked sit down meal.
Amazing little restaurant. people friendly, food delicious and excellent value for money. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend a visit!!!
A Family run.business with much Home Cooking and Baking on offer. Excellent Foods and a Service to match. But don't tell too many people or we will not be able to get in....!!!
Lovely friendly staff and nice homemade sponge cake etc and very good prices half the price of a lot of places to eat with go again
An enjoyable meal in pleasant surroundings. Served by friendly people, have always enjoyed going for a meal the old school coffee house.
Full of History. The food is a little basic but in a town centre it's a good escape from the normal coffee shops and fast food outlets.
