By far the best Chinese Resturant in Barnstaple and surrounding areas. Staff friendly efficient. Food delicious. Atmosphere pleasantly buzzing with the chatter laughter and general hum of people enjoying a very well organised high standard eatery!

Excellent food with some of the best ribs and roasted duck I have eaten. I've been back a couple of times. Very polite staff. Prices are reasonable. Had the Tom yum soup not quite as spicy as expected but tasted great. Highly recommended
Real gem of a restaurant in Barnstaple. We had some takeaway from here yesterday and it was great! We went for Singapore noodles, Nasi Goerang and some sides of chicken dishes and all of them tasted good and the portions were extremely filling and the prices were reasonable too. The staff were nice and we spoke about places to visit while we're here as I was collecting the food. Very satisfied with the meal and highly recommended!

I love their curry but have to ask for no peppers, no carrots. I don't know of any other Chinese to put large pieces of these vegetables in the dish. They didn't put these in when they first opened,
Best Chinese in Barnstaple. When I am in this town I always eat here. The menu has a good selection. The service and staff are always efficient and friendly. This place is always busy, so I recommend making reservations. The food is excellent, I've been eating here for years and never been disappointed. Great restaurant! The food was excellent 👌 we had a choice of starters, ribs and then two mains and rice. The duck samba was spicy and delicious - and the sizzling chicken with ginger and spring onion was also excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. Couldn't fault it.
2nd time we've eaten here & it certainly was as good as I remembered.
In addition to the usual (almost expected) Chinese dishes, they offer great fish dishes such as Sweet & Sour Cod & Steamed Sea Bass plus a garlic & tomato king prawn starter.
Also several Malaysian dishes.
We had Crispy Chilli Beef; Nasi Goreng; Samba King Prawn & Mango & Plum Chicken. All lovely.
Service was friendly & efficient & our food arrived quickly.
They sanitise the tables & chairs between customers which is good to know.
Best car park to use is the Cattle Market one as that is opposite the restaurant.

Lunchtime Friday for this family of 3, restaurant was half full. Attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere. There was a lunchtime special set menu that looked great yet we opted for the multi-dish share affair and really enjoyed all that arrived n front of us. Dishes included starter sharing platter, Hong Kong Duck, beef on sizzling platter, chilli pork, fried rice and House noodles. They also provide a set evening menu, we'll try that next time!
We ate here for the first time 2 nights ago, what a treat. The food was delicious, the service was superb, even though the restaurant was very busy, everything was served very quickly and with a smile. Would definitely recommend.
Always love this place. Quality food, a good choice of drinks in pleasant surroundings. Strangely on this occasion I paid on card and had zero cash and found myself unable to leave a tip as they don't allow tips on cards. Very strange in these increasingly cashless days.
Maybe they were having a bad night, but I remember the food being really good but not recently unfortunately; mushroom rice was swimming in grease, chicken chow mein was average and greasy too. Pity. It was overall overpriced for what we had. We were there early on a weeknight, and the service was so slow we had to ask where our food was.

We visited Fullam Chinese Restaurant for my mum's birthday. It was probably the best Chinese food I have ever eaten.
The food was all very tasty. The ingredients used were fresh and the food came hot. I have never had such good Chinese food in my life, it was that good. We didn't want any spicy dishes either and that was listened to as well. You have to try the duck when you come here, it's truly something else. The cocktails and the desert was also really tasty and full of flavour - it may be a bit pricy but it is completely worth it for the food you get. Portions are actually a really good size too.
The service was also pretty good. One of the waiters, Alan, is very friendly and jokey. The service is prompt and they deliver food without much of a wait; we didn't have to wait around for ages or wait for the bill either.
You may want to book in advance for this place as it fills up quickly because of how good it is.
Another advantage is it is right by the M&S carpark which is free from 6pm onwards. They serve their dinner menu from 5pm onwards.
I really would recommend Fullham Restaurant if you want a really tasty meal with great service.
Amazing restaurant. Ideally placed just across the road from the car park. Wonderfully friendly and attentive staff really made the visit extra special.
Excellent décor, the ambience was lovely. The food was outstanding. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm working in Barnstaple.
