The Wentworth Brewers Fayre - Barnsley - Photo album

We've now visited the restaurant twice. On the first occasion I had the fish & chips and my fiancé had the mixed grill. The fish was fresh with crispy batter and was not greasy. The mixed grill was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was pleasant even though they were busy and the food arrived promptly
I recently visited here with my 2-year-old son, and while I can’t comment on the food, I have to rave about their play area. It was a fantastic experience for my little one. The play area provided a safe environment for him to explore and have fun while I enjoyed a bit of relaxation. The staff ensur
The food here is decent. I had the chicken and half rack of ribs and my wife had the mixed grill. Both were very tasty. The ribs were particularly good and my wife felt that the steak on her mixed grill was very good. We had desserts which were good too. The service was great overall and the food a
Food is average. Good for anyone on a budget especially the 2 for £10.49 mains! 2 for £10 on cocktails during certain times of the day. The portion sizes are massive too. In a separate room they have a children's soft play area! Which is only £3.50 for 90 minutes. Service is really good here. Fri
we ordered from the value menu £9.49 for two meals, club sandwich and lentil hotpot were tasty. it was worth to add £1.50 up graded haddock fish and chips , we got full size fish and chips, that's only cost £6.50 less. the dessert £2.49 was also value for money.
We had a really nice family breakfast. Lovely food and with kids eating free it was great value. Welcoming and friendly staff helped make it enjoyable for all of us.
Only stopped off for a quick coffee but very pleasantly surprised. A lovely atmosphere, staff friendly and helpful. Very clean, especially the toilets. Although not needing a meal the carvery looking really appetizingand I regretted not needing food. But BF I've visited.
We love this pub. We take out kids (4 and soon to be 7) here. They love the food and spend most of their time in the soft play together. I normally have the carvery which is always top notch but on the off chance I have a meal from the menu I’m always pleased. Always well-cooked and they will stri
Better than many Brewers Fayres I've visited. Food arrived quickly and was well presented. Would have liked to see a cheesecake on the desserts, but just personal choice. Tip - Sign up for email alerts for Brewers Fayre, as often they'll email discount off of food (25% or greater).
Not bad - join the bonus club for better value. Just have one comment to make and that is to the restaurant supervisor - don’t ask if everything is ok if you are not prepared to do anything about it when there is an issue. Being told it’s out of your control is simply not good enough.
