I went to this amazing place for advice on finishing my quilt. The advice was given freely and without judgement and I now feel confident to complete my project. The shop is beautiful and well laid out. I was able to browse without pressure and I was directed to quilt patterns when I asked for help. Had coffee and lemon meringue in the cafe. Delicious. Can't wait to go back. Jane

Very friendly and a great place for spending some time while your partner browses the sewing shop. Toasties are great and come with a generous salad garnish. Good coffee and value for money.

Lovely little cafe attached to sewing shop, with a sewing club. Very nice cakes, I had the gluten free carrot cake and that was lush. Nice coffee options and watching the hot food go past, that also seemed very nice. Decent amount of parking and some outdoor seating. Seems to be well known locally with regulars and very friendly staff. Quick and helpful service, good prices. Well worth a visit and added to my favs list.

Small & cosy little eating establishment. Fresh daily baked food, for soup, snacks & sandwiches & dinners. Light lunches available & ideal for a quick drink with a piece of cake or a fresh scone. Plenty of tables to sit by yourself or in a group. Always enjoyed it when I have called in & service with a smile. Friendly atmosphere all round. Only gripe is the car park, it could do with tarmac front and back to make it better as not to drag the surface in to the cafe when you get out of your car, and vice versa when you come back out. Well worth a visit.

The Bolthole Cafe was recommended to me by a good friend, my family and I had a lovely time there, the afternoon tea was delicious and the staff were really friendly and brilliant with my grandchildren. I will definitely be going back again.
