Lovely china - a proper, old-fashioned tea room. The service was very efficient - we didn't wait long to either order or be served. Pleasant staff.
Lovely tearoom, whether visiting with friends or on your own there's always service with a smile & you're made to feel very welcome.
All food is good + all day breakfasts are really tasty & great value.

I've been going to these tea rooms for many years. Never had a problem with food, It's always been fresh and tasty. Reasonably priced. All their food is eatable unless you're a consistent complainer!

Me and my work colleague Heather have sat and had a lovely afternoon tea with our work team in the office. The food was absoloutley stunning 10/10 recommend. All homemade and fresh!!

Had the small breakfast and pot of tea , nice breakfast choice of scrambled egg or fried beans or tomatoes toast bacon sausage mushrooms all freshly cooked no grease or oil good quality, staff very pleasant will definitely go again good value for money
Excellent tearoom friendly staff, great food decent size portions too, big selection of coffees.
Cakes are the best too all homemade.
Only downside is it's only cash payments.

Victorian Tea Rooms has a lovely atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff with excellent food every time. Cooked meals with meat and veg etc also available. Deserts also on the menu. Yummy. Great place for people alone as you don't feel an oddbod. More tables upstairs and a lovely clean cloakroom
Lovely little place, very busy nothing was too much trouble, afternoon tea was delicious with sandwiches, scones and a selection of cakes beautifully presented!
Absolutely amazing.Food delicious.Staff cheerful,helpful ,They just can't do enough for you. Cleanliness outstanding. A great place to visit and if you do you will want to keep returning.
