We had the most amazing night for my dad's special birthday last week. It's his favourite restaurant and everything was just perfect. The food as always was delicious but what made the night exceptional was having the private room to ourselves for the surprise, freedom to put up a few decorations, presentation of the cake and the whole team couldn't do enough for us and made sure every one of the 26 guests were happy. I can't thank you enough for all your help and hard work. My dad had the best night so thank you, thank you, thank you!
Visited for the Sunday Night Buffet, value for money is absolutely incredible! The food is good, nothing completely amazing but about the same quality you’d get as a takeaway but more options to choose from. They have a 5* health and safety rating which makes me feel much better, the building is crumbling and not the best but don’t let that put you off.
Called in for a meal in the restaurant instead of our usual takeaway option,a few days ago.
Zaff and his team greeted us with the usual enthusiasm we've come to expect and know.
The beer was cold and and refreshing.

The main meal was absolutely out of this world.
In all the years we have been going to this family run restaurant from the days when you had to take your own alcohol right up to present day.
We have never had a bad meal the staff are always warm and friendly.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
This place was lovely, I didn’t get the waitresses name but she was so lovely and polite. Food was perfect. Thankyou so much xx
Just been tonight. 11/04/2024. Absolutely the BEST curry I've ever had. Lacking in atmosphere as no-one else in. Shame. Should be packed. Staff faultless. I'll be back xx

Why has it taken me this long to discover this place? First time today. Nicest Indian I’ve had for years! Great food at reasonable prices. Lamb chop & paneer tikka starters, chicken nawabi (Asian style hot) and chicken Roseann lal for main course, washed down with a pint of ice cold cobra! All beautiful.

they do stuff a bit more spicy as normal.
i prefer their meats and breads compared to their fish and rice items.
food is never bland.
I always collect my food so cannot comment on the atmosphere.
They seem to enjoy a certain patronage among locals and in the neighbourhood. I think they have space for small parties.
I ordered take away lamb pillav/bariyani, it was so lovely and prperly made. I am food lover and myself love to cook differen food. Hat off - cheff who made it proper balanced spiced food. I was so pleased with the service and super tasety food.

Had a large new year eve delivery. It was delivered to the minute and was one of the best meals I've ever had. Completely faultless. I'd recommend this to everyone.
Don't let the exterior put you off, we nearly did but one of our friends is a regular and I'm glad we listened the food was absolutely amazing. One of the best curries I've had in ages, going back to try the buffet they do on a Sunday.
A very friendly and a place to go for a full bufee. I enjoyrd every moment since I stepped in. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Also very quick on bringing the drinks and no waiting. A very awesome range of indian cuisine. A real taste of india in Barnsley area and worth coming here. A good option for vegetarians as well as plenty of vegetarian dishes. Tastefull and delicious! Also they serve some beers here and is not a only non-alcoholic place. So guys a nice infian meal with washed with plenty of beer is working just best.
