Fountain Inn Restaurant - Barnoldswick - Photo album

We visited The Fountain Inn for a surprise birthday party for a 90 yr old lady who comes for lunch here every Saturday. Knowing that we would be staying the night at this B&B I was unsure at first what to expect but my fears were soon put to rest. On entering this was how a northern boozer should
Great pub, friendly atmosphere, good selection of beers, food excellent, good job all round.
We called in here last minute for a room and the landlady managed to get one sorted for us. The young lady from the bar showed us to our room and she was really lovely. We couldn't dine that night as the chef was ill but we had drinks and again the staff were absolutely brilliant. We had a wonderful
Wonderful food! Some of the best I have tasted! I had present breast with sausage and black pudding wrapped in bacon and my wife had leg of lamb. Both dishes served promptly and well dressed. The staff were very helpful and the land lady could not do enough for us. Rooms were nice if a little basic.
We had a fantastic meal here. Amazing chilli nachos to start with a massive double bacon cheese burger and fries for one main and chicken breast with veg and mash for the other. Great quality food, great atmosphere and nice real ales. Staff were amazing and gave us a small bottle of preseco on the h
Four of us ate there last night (Saturday). 2 Kids. Great menu and food! Recommend the Scotch Eggs starter and “Pie of the Week” - which was Chicken & Chorizo. Warm, friendly welcome and helpful approachable staff! Will visit again!
Fantasic atmosphere. Thursday nights live bands are the best. Good pint served. Would recommend for groups and couples. Sunday lunch is really nice just book a table as can get busy
Lovely food and separate ding room. Excellent waiter, although he did try to say we hadn't paid but a card receipt proved him wrong! Long treck up stairs to get to the ladies room!
Food was great and they catered for us well considering we had our 1 year old son with us. The only downside was that when we said we didn't want desserts they asked if we wanted the bill straight away rather than leaving us to enjoy more drinks.
Came here for tea on steak night with my partner and toddler. Rump steak was perfect and the steak and ale pie was amazing. However forgot my veg with my pie but apart from that it was all good . Very quick service for food aswell!
Myself and the other 2 guests loved our 3 night stay here. Really friendly place and everything you need to an enjoyable stay. Lovely clean rooms, food and drink were great too. Staff incredibly friendly! Will definately pop over again soon.
Pleasantly surprised by this pub. Traditional style pub with friendly bar staff. I didn't eat but the meals I saw looked good. Drinks reasonably priced and in good nick
Had lunch and several beers here with my brother in law on a rainy Saturday. Everything was great, staff were friendly, food was hot and tasty. Felt very welcome
Good food at great prices. Can be noisy when full or when there's music on in the main bar. Menu very varied with an excellent specials section.
Went for my Uncles 70th birthday, there was 12 of us, we pre ordered all the food, which was excellent, I would definitely recommend a desert, the stp was incredible. Lovely evening was had by all.
Always excellent, been to this pub a lot and can honestly say I have never had a bad meal or experience yet. Would highly recommend!
Lovely pub, gold atmosphere, haven't eaten here but the food coming out looks lovely. Nicely decorated, one of the nicest in the town centre
