Arati Tandoori - Barnet - Photo album

Arati is an unassuming restaurant on a side road amongst other restaurants which has a traditional charm about it. Decor is traditional, which provides a great atmosphere compared to more modern clinical decors. The staff are friendly and very attentive. The menu has a wide choice to suit everyone a
Absolutely delicious food. Loved this place, well worth the walk from my hotel!
Had a lamb biryani takeaway and it was tasty and reasonably priced. Only comment would be the vegetable sides were a bit oily. Apart from that, the food tasted fresh and ready on time for my collection. I will be coming back!
I’m not gonna lie or exaggerate about this review. But hands down I’ve had the best chicken curry in the entire UK. Decent amount of food in my opinion very filling. Unforgettable taste. I’m looking forward to try other foods in from this amazing restaurant. So if you are reading this you should go
We were seated quickly, our drinks order and food orders were taken quickly too. I have known this restaurant to be here for at least 45 years as I grew up in this neighborhood and used to pass by this place every day. It's a Saturday night, it's very busy, and they're coping very well indeed. Well
Amazing food and atmosphere highly recommend, thank you for a delicious meal and great evening 🙏
Took my mother in law for a nice cozy dinner on a Sunday. We arrived as the restaurant was opening and were greeted warmly. The staff was really attentive, helped us with our requirements and told us the beautiful history of this restaurant. The paneer saag and lamb korma were an absolute hit. Make
Very friendly and reasonably priced, family run business, popular with locals. If you were looking for a 1970s/ early 80s themed party book the whole place!
There's a reason this place has stayed in business nearly 50 years. It's a very good, very traditional local curry house serving high quality and tasty food.
Great food, good service. You won't be disappointed!
Best traditional curry house in North London! Opened 1976 and still going strong. Great food. Lovely people. Wonderful atmosphere.
Best curry I’ve had in a very long time! Really delicious food, lovely hidden gem and very reasonable prices for the quality.
Delicious traditional curry house. Friendly staff and decent prices. Portion sizes are more than enough. Food took slightly longer than ideal to arrive, but everything was brought at the same time. Would definitely recommend.
Great tasting good with very generous portions, serving some dishes not usually seen elsewhere. A small sized restaurant, so recommend you book and can be a little warm when at capacity, but always a friendly atmosphere and great service - even for takeaway. Highly recommended.
I went here with my partner about 3 weeks ago and we absolutely loved the vibe and the ambience. It was a really lovely restaurant. The food was absolutely incredible also. The service was considerate and attentive also. We will definitely be visiting again.
Amazing food and service! Best curry I’ve had in a very long time!
Delicious food, great staff, really good value! Go there all the time
We went to the arati tandoori purely by chance. Didn't book, just turned up. We were quite surprised that the old style curry houses still exist. The decor is 80's style. Owners obviously don't think it's worth updating or they don't want to spend the money. Everything is dated.....the crockery.....
This Indian restaurant is great, decor/staff not changed since I used to visit here in the 90's. However the food has improved, probably best Indian in the area.
