We took our 2 Italian friends to have dinner at the Ci Vediamo Li Italian restaurant. This was our 2nd visit because our Italian friends were so impressed with the high quality and high Standard Italian food there. They felt like they were dining in their home country in Italy. The owner Paolo cooks all the food from scratch using only fresh ingredients. I had seafood with barley soup as starter and tagliatelle with cray fish as main course. The portion,is plenty. The decoration is beautiful and intimate and very cosy. Love it. We will come back soon. Highly recommended.
The best one Mitico Paolo ,the best Italian food ,ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio ! Ottimo pranzo pasquale GRAZIE MILLE
Ate here with friends this week based on reviews. It totally stood up to ratings. Real Italian cuisine and perfect hosting from Paulo. The wines were extremely good too and of course Italian 😊
Fantastic service! I would dare say that the red wine pasta is one of the best dishes I've ever ate!
Vero Ristorante Italiano Toscano a Londra.
Real Italian "Slow Food". One of the best Italian meals I have ever had. Paolo is a devotee of "Slow Food". Top quality cooking with great care to produce well balanced wonderfully tasty meals. Our long Sunday lunch reminded me of similar meals in Italy.
If one were to look for the Italian restaurant where Italian people would eat, this would be it. Stumbled upon it by chance, had a fantastic culinary experience. The restaurant is not huge, almost bistrot style, but classy and clean. The chef/owner, Paolo, is extremely pleasant and friendly. We had a meal for two and enjoyed every part of it: from the amusebouche, to the cured meats, to the pasta (tortelloni with wild boar) and meat (chicken breast cooked in a milky sauce) and the desserts (fried dough gnocchi balls filled with Nutella and the old Toscana, an orangey cream). All of it definitely fairly priced for the quality that goes with it. A highly recommended place for any Italian food lover.
Tried this restaurant during May 2021 lockdown easing, they have a lovely bejou decking area and heaters to the rear + blankets if required. Menu was fabulous lots of different Italian dishes and some old favourites, spolit for choice. Wine was also very delicious. We'll definitely come back and would recommend.
Very good Italian restaurant .
New owner and new Chef ( a proper and talented one ) straight from Rome ..
Absolutely Delicious dishes ..can't wait to come again !!
Our friends brought us here after promising that the food is authentic italian - and we weren't disappointed! We ordered most things from the starters and all of it was delicious! Not an average Italian definitely. Everyone's meat was cooked to perfection and the service was lovely. Big thanks to the chef!
It was a bit too pricey but I enjoyed the food that I had.
This restaurant is a little hidden gem. Just been there for our weeding anniversary and had one of the best, most authentic Italian meals you can get in London. Highly recommended. Eccezionale.
I just had my wedding reception meal here and it was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made the experience lovely. The food was so delicious and the outdoor dinning space was cosy and perfect for our reception. They really helped make our day as special as it could be! Thank you!
One of the best authentic Italian restaurant in North London. The chef combines dishes in the Italian tradition with a modern flavour interpretation. The staff does the rest by providing a top service.
My family and I had the most tasty and wonderful Xmas Day Lunch.
We enjoyed every single dish from the 7 course meal and the welcome drink.
The service was excellent.
Definitely we will go back again.
Thank you to all at Ci Vediamo and Happy New year.
Tasty Italian food and lovely service from Paolo. My mum loves crostini so he makes it for her every time even though it's not on the menu! Very friendly guy. Definitely recommend a lockdown collection.
The best Italian food I’ve ever had. It’s been a while since my last visit so I was a bit worried I’d built it up but the food was absolutely delicious. Bruschetta with tomato to start with then ragu. My partner had beef stew which was also delicious. Dessert was a very yummy boozy amaretto mouse. The plates were cleaned! A few lovely gestures with a free Prosecco and appetiser while perusing the menu. The house red was excellent This was a find after reading in the local paper a mystery diner review. Thank goodness I did read about it as it’s tucked away and not a road I would have gone down. It’s definitely a favourite now.
The best Italian I’ve had in 12 years in London. Really charming restaurant, lovely selection of unique Italian dishes, wonderful wine list, all prepared and served to perfection, and charming staff to boot. Will definitely be back!
Been told this is an authentic Italian restaurant, the cuisine being from Tuscany, so had to give it a try. To my surprise even better then anticipated, a very relaxed atmosphere, great food and excellent service. Thank you for a fantastic experience of traditional Italian food served at it's best.
Went for an early dinner mid-week. The restaurant was quiet, the service attentive and friendly. The coccoli, prosciutto and stracchino starter was my favourite course (a Florentine dish not commonly found in London). Unfortunately my scallop and prawn main was so-so and a little pricey. The dessert was good, and the 'teaspoon' of home-made amaro liqueur - a personal treat from the owner - was mind-blowing (probably the alcohol content)! In my opinion, the strength of the restaurant and its staff is in what is regional and personal (and not necessarily expensive), so this could easily be 5* with a few tweaks to the menu to really showcase hearty Tuscan regional dishes.
We got welcomed by a glass of sparkling wine, although I guess by mistake one of our glasses got taken away half full while we could finish the other one. Also got a complementary small starter dish which was nice too. Food was lovely, we had a nice recommendation from the waiter for what wine to choose depending on our mains. Nice and cosy restaurant, when we arrived we were the only ones there.
Cosy authentic hidden gem
Took my wife and newborn here for a relaxing evening. The owner made us feel so welcome and served us beautifully presented and tasty food with a little cocktail shot on the house - the wine was delicious too. Would happily come back here.
very helpful and friendly staff, elegant and professional service, being Italian I appreciated the true refinement of Italian recipes. Tortelloni with wild boar, peposo, seabass in saffron sauce, caciucco alla livornese, these are some of the dishes we have tasted with absolute success. Surely we will return to this restaurant to try new dishes and specialties, the owner Paolo welcomes and treats the customer in an amazing way.
I've enjoyed a very nice dinner with my partner there. Staff was great, the menu options were excellent and the food was delicious. I am definitely going again...
