We had a lovely meal here on Friday night. The tiger prawn starter was tasty, Camembert starter was also delicious, and the two mains - chicken with dauphinois potato, and seafood linguine were fresh and cooked well. Proportions were reasonable. Highly recommend this restaurant for a date night. It lost a star as we ordered coffee after dinner and the flat white was not a flat white at all. Total cost was approx £70 including the service charge.
Love everything in this restaurant, especially the brekkie and seafoods!
Almost excellent, given the price range - and may go up to five stars once I've tried a few more dishes. What I had was very tasty with decent portions, and accompanied with solidly drinkable wine and cocktails. I went to their Belsize Park branch several times when it existed a few years back, and it rapidly became a favourite. Now this is local, I'll likely be back a lot.
Nice local restaurant with soothing atmosphere and friendly service and of course decent food. I would easily give 4.5 to this restaurant given the value for money, service and atmosphere. The food however is not such a wow to deserve 5.
A generous portion of tiger prawns perfectly cooked to start followed by a very well cooked steak! Food was delicious but the waiting staff could have suggested a side or two for the main as it was a lonely plate with just fries and garnish...
Wow, delicious food and a great atmosphere. Everything about the restaurant was fantastic! Make sure you save room for pudding as they're delicious too, especially the bombolini!
First proper visit to this well established Barnet restaurant (we'd had breakfast before but not full dinner) and it definitely delivered. Food was fresh and well cooked and the service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Had the seasonal soup to start, followed by the fish stew and the cheese board. All in just over £100 for 3 courses and wine for the 2 of us, which wasn't too shabby. We'll definitely be back.
I had a sumptuous meal here. My daughter loved the seafood fettuccine and we loved the tasty salmon. Their garlic bread was also very tasty.
Great service.
